Will not stay at this property again.
Pros:

Location. Beautiful pool area for our grandkids. Cleanliness. Great chocolate chip cookies which we found out should have been offered to us at check in but wasn’t. Overheard the other agent offering them to the person he was waiting on. And there was a gf option.

Cons:

Front desk staff need to take lessons from Starbucks. Cold, unfriendly.
Doors on rooms need to be soundproofed. We were awake until 1:00 because of the noisy people coming and going for hours from the pool. A lot of loud drama, shouting. Just down the hall from the front desk. Wondered why someone didn’t do something about it.
The breakfast that cost $15 was just a slightly upgraded buffet found at most hotels that off free breakfast.

Good location, high quality sleep.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and kind. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained. No stains or mystery sticky spots on the carpet. Generally quiet.
Were in town for a book fair and they provided a shuttle. Everyone we spoke to or interacted with was kind and made efforts to have our experience be wonderful.

How close I was to my meeting and that it was a very clean facility

Nice hotel. It served my needs for the weekend.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and followed through with my request of not using air fresheners in my room (since I’m allergic). Made a point to inspect with my approval before moving me in.

Cons:

Noisy hallway. Kids running and screaming. Loud adults.

We will definitely stay again! Close to shopping and many amenities at our hotel!
Pros:

Very nice, clean rooms, hallways… Love that we had a restaurant connected!

Cons:

Icy parking lot and our fridge quit working while we were gone to a tournament😬 They did fix the fridge right away!

Cons:

The pool is closed today, the main reason we booked this hotel. We waited over 45 min with very tied kids for additional bedding, after being told serval times nobody was available to get us any. There were towels and beer bottles outside our door from 5pm last night that are sfi there today from the neighboring room but nobody has picked it up. We thought breakfast tickets would be included but were not, breakfast is incredibly expensive for the price. When we first checked in our toilet was broken and also wouldn’t flush. Just all around terrible experience will not be returning. Rooms are very small.

Everything was easy & convienent . Pool, best indoor we’ve been to.
Pros:

The pool was superb , warm , & spacious. Restaurant was delicious and easy . Room quiet. The person who cleaned our room daily was EXCELLENT!

Cons:

The room felt unfinished as if they were still working on.

Pros:

I love the idea that the pool and hot tub was open till midnight and then it opened at 6 AM, usually try to get a fairly early start and we go all day so it was nice to use it once I was back at the motel and before I left in the morning

Cons:

Use the hot tub at night and in the morning and in the morning there was no clean fresh towels
