World Percheron Congress trip.
Pros:

Easy access and plenty of parking.

Cons:

The bathroom door handle didn't work properly, carpeting was stained. Most of all that was disappointing, we had 2 rooms booked through bookings.com the morning of check-in the hotel decided that it was a double booking and without our approval or bookings.com approval. Fortunately they did call and left a voicemail, after calling back in they were able to get a replacement room. The person checking in kept blaming bookings.com for the mistake.

Pros:

Easy check in

Cons:

You could hear everything. Couldn't sleep. The beds were extremely hard. Could constantly hear people in the hallway all night. There was an event so lots of loud drunk people. Was woken up very early(6am) because you could hear the staff getting ready to do work for the day.

Good, not great, for the price. Have stayed there many times because of the location. Will again.

Location. Ease of check in and check out. Clean. Comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed two nights. Not all electrical outlets worked in either room. I did tell staff.
No easy chair in room 178. Told staff. In room coffee maker did not work in 451. Told staff.

Will not stay at this property again.
Pros:

Location. Beautiful pool area for our grandkids. Cleanliness. Great chocolate chip cookies which we found out should have been offered to us at check in but wasn’t. Overheard the other agent offering them to the person he was waiting on. And there was a gf option.

Cons:

Front desk staff need to take lessons from Starbucks. Cold, unfriendly.
Doors on rooms need to be soundproofed. We were awake until 1:00 because of the noisy people coming and going for hours from the pool. A lot of loud drama, shouting. Just down the hall from the front desk. Wondered why someone didn’t do something about it.
The breakfast that cost $15 was just a slightly upgraded buffet found at most hotels that off free breakfast.

Good location, high quality sleep.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and kind. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained. No stains or mystery sticky spots on the carpet. Generally quiet.
Were in town for a book fair and they provided a shuttle. Everyone we spoke to or interacted with was kind and made efforts to have our experience be wonderful.

Nice hotel. It served my needs for the weekend.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and followed through with my request of not using air fresheners in my room (since I’m allergic). Made a point to inspect with my approval before moving me in.

Cons:

Noisy hallway. Kids running and screaming. Loud adults.
