Perfekte Kommunikation, sehr guter Service, perfekte Lage und das Frühstück war immer frisch und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Adapter für unsere Kabel bekommen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, alles was man für ein paar erholsame Urlaubstage braucht!
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Sehr freundlicher und Service und Kontakt. Anreise und Check-In waren sehr einfach und es hat alles super funktioniert.
Ein reichhaltiges und wunderbares Frühstück. Die Lage ist ideal. Nahe beim Bahnhof und Zentrum sowie gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der See war auch ganz schnell erreichbar.
Wenn zwei Menschen ein Zimmer teilen, die zwar verwandt aber nicht ein paar sind, wäre es von Vorteil, wenn es zwei trennbare Matratzen gäbe.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einladend und gut ausgestattet.
Die Lage war vom Bahnhof aus gut. In ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Ich habe es sehr geschätzt, dass ein frühes Check-in möglich war.
Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, alles sauber, und die Inhaberinnen sehr freundlich.

Sehr freundlich, ziemlich nahe am See und Zentrum, angenehme Zimmer und Ausstattung. Familienfreundlich!
Kippfenster im Badezimmer konnten nicht ganz geschlossen werden. War aber dann kein Problem.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles war frisch zubereitet.

La "suite" qui est très favorablement photographiée dans l'annonce est en fait un rez de chaussée donnant sur le parking (rempli de voitures et de va et viens), sombre, très petit et vétuste. Il y a une salle de bain avec un lavabo minuscule et une douche. Derrière la cuisine se trouve une autre cabine de douche non restaurée. Il n'y a quasiment pas d'endroit ou ranger les affaires et avant de partir nous avions un gros cafard en train de se tortiller sur le dos dans la cuisine. Pour presque 800.- pour 3 nuits vraiment pas une bonne affaire. Heureusement le temps était magnifique et nous avons bien profité de Locarno.
