Part of the Galleria Umbero 1 complex, this location was ideal to reach all the tourist sites, a few minutes from a line 1 metro station, steps to the Centrale funicular...

Cons:

The room, being on two floors is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

I could not recommend Prêtáloger enough as the best place to stay in Naples! I would certainly stay here again when I revisit Naples. It completed exceeded our expectations! It was a 10 minute walk from the airport bus stop, and the perfect location to visit major tourist sites, with an endless selection of restaurants and eateries nearby. The room itself is on the fifth floor, with a secure entrance and elevator access. Barbara was a wonderful host, who kept us updated on WhatsApp the days leading up to our visit and was available when/if we needed something. Barbara met us when we arrived to check in and provided us with excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat! The room was clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping and refills of water, coffee & tea! We made excellent use of the bathtub, and the bed was comfortable and spacious! I could not recommend this place enough, if you are unsure of where to stay, pick Prêtáloger, you will not regret it!!

From Pompeii & Herculaneum to the Naples Underground, there's a lot to do and so much good food!
Pros:

This property is in such a wonderful location for downtown Naples. Walking distance to so many sites around the city and if the site isn't, there is a metro stop 2 minutes away. Wonderful food, friendly staff, quiet building, and once again, wonderful food!

Cons:

This no fault of the property but only highlights the energy of the city, some nights you could hear folks out on the streets in the distance having fun. It never really interfered with our ability to go to sleep at night but definitely something worth noting if you're a light sleeper. The nighttime energy never persisted super late either.

Mejor imposible en Nápoles
Pros:

Todo perfecto: ubicación, servicios, instalaciones, personal.
La zona es hermosa, central, segura, y perfecta para recorrer todo a pie.
A metros de la estación marítima. Frente al teatro San Carlo y al lado de la plaza Plebiscito y de Municipio. A metros de calles Toledo y Chiaia. Buenos supermercados cerca. Ubicación inmejorable.
Es un establecimiento que está en el quinto piso del edificio lindero a Galeria Umberto (sin hache), con cuatro departamentos. Y con un servicio de limpieza diaria a cargo de Madu y Daloca, bravissime ragazze da Sri Lanka.
El contacto se hace con Bárbara, también brava ragazza.

Todo limpio, moderno, impecable. Super recomendable.
Se pueden dejar valijas al llegar y al irse.

Splendido appartamento signorile in pieno centro a Napoli
Pros:

La proprietaria Maria Teresa e la referente Beatrice sono due persone cordiali e cortesi, altamente attente alle necessità o imprevisti degli ospiti.
Sono stato accolto e guidato con grande cura.
La struttura è molto bella, dotata di ogni comfort e centralissima. Super consigliato.
