Pros:

The staff were super friendly but i wouldn't recommend this place. No hot shower, they had an electrical shower that didn't work, limited parking. They dont even acdept Expedia reservations, thank God they had rooms available.

Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay in Guatemala. My room was very clean. Shower was comfortable. My breakfasts were included in the price of the room. Excellent, friendly service.Great safe area to stay and walk. Walking distance to parks, grocery store, eateries, baseball park, and Relief Map.As an American traveling to Guatemala for the first time, I highly recommend this hotel.
