Family room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space for everyone to move around easily. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

The housekeeping service was really good and very efficient, whatever we requested arrived at our door within minutes, which we truly appreciated.

The only downside was the floor, which felt quite slippery. I’m not sure if it’s due to the detergent used or if it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. As mentioned in other reviews, the toilet could use a more thorough scrub. Other than that, everything else was good.

Solid reliable stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms, excellent value. In commercial area with lots of eating options and easy parking. Would stay again. But a little way from the Miri town centre
