Pros:

Directions to the hotel shuttle should be improved upon. We spent ages wandering around trying to find it after exiting Door 3 as instructed . It should include ' CROSS 2 roads and you will be in the correct location'

Room was clean and warm, bed was very comfortable, good value for money and check in and check out fast and simple
Pros:

Very close to airport which is what I needed. There is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes but it’s also only a ten minute walk to the terminal.

I will pay more to stay in the Nash hotel next door where there is everything next time.

The cleanliness and comfort of the bed

Cons:

The rooms were like pods. Cramped and I didn’t like as a woman alone being in a building that had no reception staff. It was a bit creepy

Journey from airport to, they should have given a walking route..late at night … freezing cold .. i did not want to wait fir a bus. Breakfast v average for the price
