Pros:

Great place to stay. Rankin is very limited on eating options for those not accustomed to the area. Great town and great motel.

Staff is great.. but it’s time for new beds they are very uncomfortable.. I’m having back issues and that’s not good. Also new pillows, they so flat that I’m having to bring our own. Mirrors are dirty kinda hard to see yourself..

Poor lighting.
Very slow Internet and drops frequently.
There are no restaurants of any kind in town
Food available at Allsup and Stripes gas stations.
A lot of big truck traffic so can be noisy.


The good
Lady at the desk was welcoming.
Bed was comfortable
Large fridge with freezer.

All in all this is a good place for the weary traveler, bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure, unfortunately the fixtures were not in good shape
Just make sure you stop to eat somewhere before getting here.

Bed was very uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep due to our body was aching. We were to leave the hotel but it was too late..
it would be nice if you spend $100 dollars a night. Make it comfortable. Thank you

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. My stay was cut short and i asked for a refund for the remaining days and no questions asked. Will stay there again if ever in the area.

The property managers were very quick to accommodate our needs! Super nice and courteous! Room is 2 queen beds with a refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. Very clean! Thank You!!

The owners and their cute dog made my check-in experience great. They’re so friendly.

The room I stayed in is kept dusted. Room was spacious. The shower wall felt like it has a film of hard water on it that made me think the bathtub / shower doesn’t get thoroughly cleaned between guests. There are dirty spots on the walls that need to be cleaned.

The sink, shower, and toilet all drain slow. I was standing in water in the shower. During the night the plumbing backed up and woke me up. The plumbing issue is the only thing that makes me stay I wouldn’t stay here again.
