Pros:

Hotel Staff are very good and wants to help you anytime. Great View , Very Clean, Good Service, Good location , easy access. So I recommend to stay

Cons:

The room little old can be better to improve. Especially while sleeping this old doors making lots of noises.
Second thing room needs carpets or floor needs parquets because in the night it's really cold even there is a heater.

Good value and welcoming staff at this 2 star hotel
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very welcoming to me and my dog. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Cons:

It’s a 10-15 minute walk about the centre of Menaggio, which is fine when you have a dog to walk. Rooms are basically furnished.

Da acomodação em si, foi excelente, confortável e a presteza do atendimento da recepção, muito simpáticas e tb maleável.

Cons:

Nao que não gostei, achei desconfortável o banheiro externo. Qdo eu fiz a reserva eu sabia, foi muito bem explicado e não fui sem saber, mas achei q seria tranquilo. Porem achei ruim a situação. E o café da manhã achei pouco variado pelo valor cobrado.

Great views!
Pros:

The view it’s amazing and also the price-value.

Cons:

It’s on a hill, it’s worth the view though but nothing is close so for dinner almost every night we had to have dinner at the hotel. Except for the Sunday which wasn’t available (it’s closed) and we weren’t informed earlier about it.

We had a really lovely relaxed time here
Pros:

The view from the balcony was stunning. Also the flexibility of the owner to accommodate pasta making and wine tasting for us with the dog.

Cons:

The bathroom could’ve been more modern/luxurious and the luggage to our room was a little tricky with no lift
