Pros:

The staff was very polite and decent. They helped me whenever I required.

Cons:

The Deluxe room which I booked was full of mosquitos at night which made me very difficult to sleep. Plus there was weird sound of machines which weren't letting me sleep.

An excellent hotel in Gorakhpur.
Pros:

An excellent hotel to rest after a busy Nepal to India border crossing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - including arranging our private transportation at the border. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent array of food and helped to meet our vegan dietary needs. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent night’s rest.

Cons:

Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Next time.

Pros:

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen und so können wir nicht viel zum Hotel sagen. Aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker 😋.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.
