Food is v.good, cleanliness needs to be improved, hotel is not as shown in the pic, it's a bit pricy
Pros:

The picture of the hotel on the website is misleading. The room size was good and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms were not clean. There was dust in the room and in the bathroom. The bed linen was unfortunately not fresh, the towels and curtains looked dirty and there were signs that the bed linen is not changed with every guest. The room cleanliness was not acceptable for me. It took me some time to locate the hotel as it is in a crowded residential-commercial complex. The breakfast / restaurant made up for the deficiencies of the hotel room. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The staff in the restaurant were courteous, attentive and friendly. The hotel is okay if food but NOT cleanliness is the travellers priority. It's a bit pricy.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Pros:

I had the osm experience at S.P gorakhpur. Their exceptional hospitality, nice rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable, additionally the guy from House Keeping Departmental (Babalu) was very humble and professional (including F.O team as well).
