Not much this visit.

Cons:

I found front desk staff, with exception of Luke McCusker, confrontational lacking customer service skills especially the assistant manager. She had multiple times to apologize for our interactions choosing to ignore my presence instead.

Friendly staff and a lovely room. Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Everything was so clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

They didn’t provide complimentary coffee for the road before 7am. We drive long days and coffee is required. We had to get McDonald’s a short distance away.
