Pros:

This isn't a hotel but just one room behind Rua Banana. Unable to contact in advance. After a long hot day I showed up at the room only to be told by the neighbors that the room has a problem. They called the owner Fatima and she advised me to go to another hotel. Unfortunately the other hotel demanded payment in cash. When I called Fatima again she told me she had no connection with Expedia and that I should pay again! If the room has a problem why not cancel the booking without wasting my time? Terrible customer service. Asked Expedia for a refund.

Great location in the middle of everything. Wifi works. Supernice landlord and his wife. Cleaning service although apartamento.
