Not suitable for families and those coming to visit Guruvayoor Temple
Pros:

The room was big and staff were approachable.

Cons:

1. Rooms could be cleaned better, its a apartment convered to service rooms.
2. The overall complex was not well maintained, construction was going on just adjaced to our room during the day and was a disturbance
3. No telecom within the room, you had to call reception via your mobile
4. The roads leading to the hotel is very narrow, did not seem safe during the night.
5. On both days, we saw a huge number of beer bottles being collected from the rooms and being disposed off. Seemed more like a party place and unsafe for families.

2 a/c bed room for family. Atmosphere is good. Hot water facility.

Cons:

An iron box could have been provided.
Tea / coffee making: old tea bags places. Could have been kept fresh. Spoons were not kept to blend sugar. Value for above 4000 rupees was not met. It could have been excellent for such value. Very far away from temple and location is very congested and far inside. To locate it was not easy. Considering such minus point, the cost charges is too high
