Friendly staff/owner?
The room was just ok, floor could have been cleaned everytime I got into bed had dust from feet clean off onto sheets, The noise could be heard at all times, was terrible, they must of had renovations because the drilling and hammering kept us awake it would have been nice if they forwarned us! The other was the location was less to be desired! Was ok, probably would not return!
Helpful staff
Not happy on the second stay in this hotel There was drilling in the room next to us at 8 am in the morning and the room was not very clean
The size of the room
The location
Struttura molto pulita e accogliente
The reception staff Very helpful
PARKING: inner courtyard of the hotel building. No roof, but metal gate entrance directly next to the hotel door. Need the gate/door keeper to open it.
CHECK-IN: easy and quick, all questions answered in advance. Great!
STAFF: despite the late hour, still smiling.
WIFI: works
SIZE: not huge, but more than enough for my one-night-stop. Bathroom also very spacious.
STYLE: Modern, some minimalist, with a touch of stone-style.
POWER WHEN YOU LEAVE: nope. You gotta leave your key with its chip in the car holder to make it stay on.
CLEAN: very much. It looks very new and kept in good shape.
BATHROOM: clean and large and with a bidet. That's a real plus. Shower box that helps keep stuff outside dry.
LOCATION: I used to live in Milan and knew the area was little "sub-optimal", still the location is close to some metro entrance and streets are good illuminated, so I felt ok at night. Plus there are literally tons of restaurants and bars where to go in walking distance, although not exactly next door. It's a good trade off if you want to get to the center or elsewhere in Milan quickly via public transportation, but still reach the motorways in the north, without crossing the whole city of Milan.
SERVICES AROUND: small groceries, flowers shop, bars and restaurant all in sight.
VALUE FOR THE MONEY: not exactly cheap, but considering how clean it is and its position, it was an ok-deal for a night.
BREAKFAST: didn't try. It looked a medium size international style one.
RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: many and most of them often busy. You'd better call in advance. Plenty of choice, but also plenty of waiting line.
QUIET: not really. Walls are thin and I could hear people just walking and breathing sometime. The proximity of the breakfast area also didn't help, in my case, as they had to arrange chairs and table early in the morning and I could hear each of them.
WINDOWS: my room was at the 3rd floor, but looked like underground, because windows were just an half meter line of glass close to the roof. Still it was fine for me, as long as some light and air enter. Which they did.
