I went as part of a tour group and this hotel was so elegant in comparison to all the others. It was light and airy, plenty of space in the room to move around. The decor is more european and had some quirky ornaments and even an altar.

It is a 5 minute walk from the main square and easy to get around.

I didn't really get to interact with the staff as breakfast was in another location.

Hotel encantador, excelente ubicación, cuenta con piscina. Desafortunadamente mi habitación, en particular tenía un serio problema de drenaje, y se rebalsó el agua de la ducha, nos Dina cuenta en la primera mañana pero soli nos hospedamos una noche así que no fue de mucha molestia pero aparte de eso muy recomendado, el personal es muy servicial

Great location and air conditioning. However this was offset by very average service, uncomfortable bed, poor water pressure and limited hot water. Our shower ran out of water after 15 mins on one occasion; staff were unapologetic and offered no attempt at compensation. This hotel isn’t exactly marketed - or priced - as budget however overall this was our experience. Probably wouldn’t return again.

Nahe zum Zentrum, toller Innenhof mit stilvoller Einrichtung. Familienzimmer war schön groß. Kühlschrank war ein großes Plus. Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt.

Muy agradable el lugar , muy limpio y cómodo ….Solo que no tienen internet , pero lo demás está al 100

Good location, easy walk to restaurants and other places around town

El hotel está muy bonito, a buen precio y está super cerquita del centro caminando.

Mi única sugerencia es que cambien los colchones. Se sienten sin forma, son algo incómodos.

Hermoso lugar

Beautiful hotel in a lovely town. Great location, clean rooms. The one downside is there was no coffee to be had .. none in the room (which is not unusual in Mexican hotels that aren't run by American companies) but also none in the lobby.
This was just a minor inconvenience and wouldn't discourage me from staying again - sharing to give people a head's up

Un hotel muy colonial, muy bonitas instalaciones, en el corazon de valladolid, con excelente ubicacion, su personal muy antento, lo recominedo ampliamente!!

Solo pediria que tengan un frigobar lara enfriar o mantener los alimentos ya que es una cuidad muy calurosa

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé près du zocalo.
Beaucoup de charme, belle piscine centrale, autour d’un magnifique patio à la mexicaine.
Décoration très soignée dans les parties communes, vraisemblablement rénover depuis peu de temps.
Personnel, charmant et professionnel.
Emplacement idéal.
Belles Chambres spacieuse autour d’arcade donnant sur le patio.
Grande et belles salle de bain.
Très bon, rapport qualité prix

Leider sind die Famlienzimmer durch den Straßenverkehr sehr laut. Sonst super Hotel mit Top Lage und schönem Pool.

Great location, centrally situated. Beautiful exterior with new paint job. Negatives: horrible sewer stench coming from bathroom drains 24/7. Streaming access on tv was broken and never fixed. Threadbare towels. Stingy with toilet paper. Night clerks unfriendly.

Séjour agréable pour une nuit au coeur de Valladolid par contre attention aux moustiques !!!
