Everything was an added expense. Only free internet was in the lobby. Everything was over priced
Great access to riverwalk
Old room, jammed doors, looked old and dingy for a facility so modern otherwise. Mix up with the rooms created inconvenience for a night but the staff was courteous
Hyla and Thelma are exceptional ladies. They made our mornings brighter. All who interact with them are blessed.
The rooms, food, amenities, and staff were what you would expect for a Marriott. The location was extremely convenient to the riverwalk, but it was very busy. It is adjacent (and connect to) a mall, so lots of people in that part of the river. You can walk to quieter parts of the riverwalk without too much effort, but if you want to stay where it is quiet, this hotel is not for you. We appreciated the M Club amenities, especially the bottled waters which were a complete necessity for sight-seeing in July! Can’t imagine the money we saved on water alone.

Roffe, at the bar give exceptional experience. He was very attentive when I needed something and brought to me right away. Very friendly, kind and hospitable. Also the meal he recommended was very tasty and just like he described it.
I stayed at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio with my daughter for a conference. The facility is incredible. The rooms are clean. The entire hotel is spotless. The location is perfect.
On top of all this the staff is especially friendly and accommodating. Right from check-in. Eric helped my daughter and I get into our room early. And said he could help when we check out as well.
I realized late our first night there that I had left my iPad at the airport. I spoke with the concierge desk. Willis was extremely helpful and offered to go to the lost and found at the airport. He waited there until he was able to get me on the phone to ensure they would release my device to him. He went above and beyond and saved me a lot of hours dealing with the airport staff!
I can’t say enough praises about this location and their staff. Truly happy we had the opportunity to stay here and would love to come back for another visit with the rest of the family!
I had breakfast at the Tributary this morning with my mother since we're were in the hotel for a conference. I got the avocado toast with a side of lox which was delicious and beautifully presented!! David was super friendly and personable as well and definitely added to the welcoming atmosphere.
My first time in San Antonio I really enjoyed my stay I will love to come back and visit it was so much to fun and things to do

We had such a great conversation with Marlee and Roffe at Tributary! They were attentive and engaging and the best introduction to San Antonio!

I travel a lot for work and I get very excited when I see that I’m staying at this hotel. Everybody is always super nice! The food and drinks are always delicious and an extra special shout out to Ivan the bartender for always being so friendly and taking good care of us every time we are there.
