Front desk receptionist was so rude.
We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Rivercenter. Janna at the front desk was exceptional and made us feel very welcome and valued. We came in around noon to inquire about parking, and she graciously checked us in early, inquiring about our room preferences. It was a great start! The housekeeping staff were friendly, and our room was lovely. Convenient location, right on the River Walk.
My trip was phenomenal. The service I received from Paulette at the front check in desk and Belinda at the store inside the facility was just awesome. Both made me feel so welcome.
Great stay and the customer service was great!
After a very long day of travel, we were greeted by 2 very nice people - Walter and Cheyenne. Both, near the front desk and entry, made us feel welcomed and appreciated. They worked closely together getting us checked in and into our room. Walter escorted us and our things to our room while making a suggestion for a local restaurant. The recommendation was right on point!
Our room (2918) was clean and very accommodating. There was a very nice not and gift waiting for us. Additionally, the service member the next morning left extra bottles of water and was very friendly. Just so happens her family is from New Orleans where some of our family lives also.
The next day our business meeting location was changed at the last minute and Melinda came to the rescue. She and the team at the bar saved us. They were able to accommodate our group and help us identify a quiet area for our meeting and help to make the experience very convenient. When we're back in San Antonio, we know where we'll be. Thanks for the outstanding customer service!
The stay was perfect for our 3 year anniversary getaway! OT was such a great server at the restaurant downstairs! He was very attentive & very information when we asked him about information regarding the hotel. We truly appreciate him!!!

It is a great hotel in a fantastic location. I wanted to call out Rogelio from the shoe shine station he does a great job at keeping your shoes in great shape.
The staff were lovely and accommodating. The shops were nice.
The elevator from self-parking was broken. There was no room service any longer. We were really looking forward to ordering room service after a long day.
