Pros:

The condition of the property was disappointing and it is in need of updating. The carpet in the room was stained and the bathroom smelled. Decent location. The staff were amicable and helpful.

Overpriced
Pros:

Way over priced simple two star hotel. One day no cleaning and no new towels. Water in shower not hot. Noisy.

Pros:

very spacious comfortable room, friendly reception staff. on the other hand, shower floor is not sloped correctly, so water pools at the one side and does not drain well. area does not have a lot of transport or dining options, and relatively far from city's main attractions.

One of the Worst stays in my life
Pros:

One of my worst experiences with any hotel. The hotel is located on the highway. It is very noisy. I could not sleep do truck and car sounds. Waad Alula did not even try to install windows that reduce noises.

It is worth to mention the management quality led by Aaqib and the staff... they strive to make you feel at home

Have no words to express how well I felt with all the services received...tourism attractions very knowledgeable and willingness to help in anything you may need to make your stay enjoyable

Helpful staff
Pros:

Like the following features of the hotel:
1. Good service. The gentleman and lady at the reception were super helpful. They attended to every of my request.
2. Quite spacious room with toiletries.
3. Free coffee service in the lobby - a delight especially in the morning.
4. Not too far from Al Ula town centre.

Of course it cannot be compared to sumptuous six-star hotel (although the price may be in view of the lack of hotel room supply in Al Ula), the experience of the stay was excellent.
