Heerlijk terras waar mensen uit de buurt gezellig bij elkaar komen. Personeel enorm vriendelijk. Kamer is ruim met balkon en airco.
Gelegen aan een park en voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen. Binnen 6 a 8 minuten loopafstand van een metrostation waarmee je binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Bilbao bent.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, a 500 metros del metro que te lleva directo a Bilbao.

El colchon tambien nos gusto, que tenia tv smart y aire acondicionado, el baño tambien nos gusto muy pituco. Ventanas insonorizadas, lo cual es un extra porque pasan aviones. El desayuno lo pedimos y pagamos directo en barra, el personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado largaba olor, el ropero tenia mucho olor a humedad y la alfombra estaba sucia y hasta olor le salia. Al ser un edificio antiguo entiendo que las cañerias y demas no esten en su mejor estado pero creo que le haria falta una refacción, pero por el precio esta bien.

El Palacete es genial. Le hace falta una reforma integral, pero para ser 2 estrellas, está muy bien (parece de 3). Si buscar tranquilidad y estar en un entorno natural es excelente. Fenomenal su terraza para desayunar, tomar algo o cenar en época de calores, superfresquita...

El palacete necesita alguna reforma de instalaciones en general (ojo, las habitaciones son bastante amplias y están muy bien). Pero calidad/precio muy buena

La chambre était propre et confortable. Le quartier de Neguri des plus charmants et la proximité du métro très pratique pour visiter Bilbao sans voiture. L environnement immédiat de l hôtel est reposant. Nous n avons pas testé le restaurant mais au vu des nombreux clients extérieurs à l hôtel qu il attire la prestation doit être a l a hauteur

Cons:

Le personnel est sympathique mais mis a part la réceptionniste très peu parlent qq mots de anglais, français ou allemand. Si comme moi vous ne parlez ni espagnol ni basque...les échanges sont courts.
