Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência neste hotel. Chegamos no quarto e encontramos muitos cabelos no chão do banheiro e no box e uma capa de barbeador no box como se o banheiro não estivesse sido limpo entre um hóspede e outro. A porta do frigobar também estava suja.
No quarto triplo (para 3 pessoas) tinha somente 1 xícara de café que estava suja e 1 sachê de café. Além disso, só tinha 1 cadeira no quarto.
O café da manhã também deixou a desejar com ovos mexidos que estavam duros e cinzas como se estivessem ali há bastante tempo. A qualidade do café, que foi a nossa principal razão da visita a Patrocínio, também não estava boa.
Afinal, este hotel precisa de uma equipe mais focada nos detalhes que fazem a diferença para os hóspedes: quartos e banheiros limpos, quantidade de produtos baseados no número de hóspedes em cada quarto, produtos frescos no café da manhã e melhor qualidade do café.

Eu fiquei encantada com o conforto do edredom, muito bom. Cheguei no hotel de madrugada e pedi ajuda para guardar o carro e eles se prontificaram para me ajudar. Foi perfeito! O café da manhã muito gostoso! 10!
