Very noisy
Size of pool. Some breakfast items - fresh fruit salad, Tim's dairy yogurt, buffet style. Catering staff very friendly at breakfast and on the bar. Reception staff also pleasant and discount after complaint was appreciated.
Cleanliness of pool. Pretty manky. Felt gritty underfoot in pool. Dirt marks round all edges. Crumbling wall. Hot tub black mold and crumbling edges. Bath tub in room not fully clean and shower hose sprayed out sideways. Reason for staying was just to use spa and relax so disappointed.

Air conditioning was not great
While our spa visit was lovely ( my fiance was gifted a spa experience for herself including treatments and an afternoon tea an I had a gift voucher purchased direct from the hotel) we where thoroughly let down by the awful afternoon tea experience. When booking by phone, I was informed the remaining balance of the gift card could be put towards joining my fiance for the afternoon tea and the restaurant would be made aware of this. However once ordered, I was then told to go to reception as they had no record of this, and was told I needed to drive home (30 mins) and bring in the physical voucher. I therefore had to pay in full for the afternoon tea, which quite frankly was atrocious. I emailed the manager to address this afterwards, and after a cursory email I've had no further reply. And considering the cost would have been £31 Each (if not for my fiances being part of her package) the afternoon tea was probably £10 worth of 'picky bits' with the world's smallest scones and awful tasting bitesize sweets and in no way worth the cost. I wouldn't even say it was worth it for the experience, let alone the fact we had to hunt around for a non existant staff member to request something as simple as butter for the scones. A lovely spa experience ruined by staff that dont communicate, rude staff treating you as if youre trying to pull a fast one, awful nd massively overpriced food and a manager that couldn't care less. We wont return.
Comfortable, pleasant room and good location a little out of Bournemouth but near to beaches and buses.
Spa and pool were good and nice bar. Good breakfast.
Perhaps a little far out of Bournemouth if you wanted to be in the centre of things.
Good location and quiet with parking
No fridge in room, no blackout curtains!
Close to the beach, pool was a huge hit with the kids amd rooms were comfy and clean.
Didnt realise the restaurant wasn't serving food on bank holiday Monday - would have been good to know this when we booked or checked in.

The location is a little on dodgy side! Don’t walk there after dark…
The swimming pool, air conditioning, easiness to get to town and beach.
Breakfast issues, i.e., not enough pastries, which you rectified with a refund.
Bar was left left unattended and often had to wait to be served.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast in a very lovely environment. Good location.
The spa, steam room, pool area not staffed when we used it around 7.40pm. Facilities close at 9pm. Very uncomfortable about this, particularly in quiet, narrow corridors. When entering the men's changing room, my husband was faced by two young men who were acting very strangely. I would not like to quote what they offered to do! My husband left the room immediately. I felt very vulnerable and unsafe, in the pool/spa area. Having a member of staff on duty would have helped.
