Perfect weekend getaway
Pros:

My room was small but very clean and well equipped.
The bed was single but I slept well and the duvet was warm, I enjoyed the breakfast which was well cooked and the breakfast staff were attentive.
The pool was ok, and the sauna was ok my only criticism was that the windows in the entrance door and downstairs by the pool could have been cleaner.
All the staff were welcoming and I would definitely stay here again..I've stayed in a few hotels in Bournemouth but this is worth it compared to others.

Disappointed as was supposed to be a specia night away for us.
Pros:

The location was great. The spa was lovely.

Cons:

On arrival the carpark was shut. I was 9 months pregnant and was not told anywhere about the carpark being shut when we booked it. We booked last minute so there should have been something on show or an email sent out upon receipt of booking so people could plan ahead or cancel, which we would have done. We could not park, it was cold and raining and made the start negative.
Our room was cold, they radiators don’t work and was in the freezing temperatures in early January. We waited for a manager to come then a tradesman who condemned them and said they needed replacements and gave us an oil radiator to use. It was so cold in there it just wouldn’t heat up and the bathroom was freezing we didn’t want to shower and get out. Then the tv didn’t work and we had to call for someone to look again. We had no water in our room although we were give some bottles upon request quickly.

Amazing stay comfortable bed ideal location
Pros:

Lovely room very quirky furniture scattered around the hotel extremely clean and tidy ideal location, stayed here for a few days just myself and my wife to have a little break away highly recommended hotel to stay in

Cons:

Only negative was swimming pool was very cold but soon adjusted once in there
