Staff were friendly. Spa area was nice.
No hot water in our room most days. Breakfast hot items were not hot ! Bed was very hard and bottom sheet on bed was a double sheet folded In Half which didn’t fit the mattress. Big brown stain on mattress.
Not impressed with room for 41/2 stars I’ve stayed in better for less cost, stained curtains, net curtains hanging of, had to stand on chair to get to safe, lots of dust and cobwebs at top of ceiling, very disappointing for what they charge.wouldn’t recommend to anyone .
Price doesn’t reflect the comfort for a room that small, had to pay for parking and breakfast wasn’t included, I’ve stayed in a few best westerns and that was by far worse one.
Restaurant was very good. The waiter was great even though he was on his own.
Bed was a little uncomfortable
Great location and good facilities. The spa facilities were really nice, although the gym is quite small. As we were only staying for a short trip, it was perfectly fine for us.
The hotel is really close to the town centre and the beach, which was amazing and made it very convenient for getting around.
The only minor downside was a random noise we could hear at night. We weren’t sure whether it was coming from the air conditioning or somewhere else. The walls also seemed a little thin, so you could hear quite a bit from outside the room.
Other than that, we had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we’d happily stay again.
Het ontbijt was prima. Suite was ruim en comfortabel, al had de kleine bank wel vervangen mogen worden.
De kraan in de badkamer liep niet erg goed; slap straaltje water.

I couldn’t find any towels for the spa and it was always unmanned down there but hey I survived!

Comfortable situated in a good area for all amenities
The location was perfect - less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The bar and lounge were lovely, but we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the facilities.
My bed was a little hard but not uncomfortable, unfortunately the light over the bed didn’t work but I wasn’t there long enough for it to be a problem.

The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The location for the beach was great. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
The hotel stands within a rundown residential area, heading towards the town.
Good location and friendly staff. Room clean and cleaned regularly and room well stocked and quiet.
Door lock wasn’t secure had to get maintenance and this took a long time. Locks on doors to spa were temperamental.

Excellent location, smart, clean and tidy.
Air con was faulty in our room and the one next door and even though it wasn’t on it kept making a noise all night leading to a terrible nights sleep.

The flooring on the balcony is very unstable and is in real need of maintenance. Then slabs are loose and insecure

I do not think this is a 4 star hotel. I also think it is overpriced. Room was small with terrible view and someone’s swimming trunks on the roof. The room staff had black plastic bags outside every room from morning until at least 1.30pm. It was very messy and I think laundry trolleys would be nicer. I think the pool area is too small and not relaxing enough.
The breakfast was okay and we had lunch which was okay too.
