Facilities did not work. Steam room was broken and jacuzzi did not have bubbles. Breakfast was really bad. Wi-Fi did not work

The staff were great and the room was lovely, there was quite a bit of external noise in the mornings, which the hotel can't help but it should be considered if anything could be done to improve this.

Pros:

Good air conditioning, comfy bed good curtains. Bar staff very good at their jobs.

Cons:

Attention to detail regarding hovering could have been better and leaving tea and biscuits. Could not receive Netflix on TV

Pros:

Todo el hotel en general. El acceso al spa ha sido ideal para el poco tiempo que hemos estado. El hotel está muy cuidado y bien perfumado. Los champúes excelentes. Y las recepcionistas muy atentas y amables, desde antes de llegar. Y sobretodo acerté por el spa.

Cons:

Las almohadas muy duras y planas. El colchón lo mismo muy duro nos dificultó el descanso. En recepción no hablaban español, pero fueron muy atentas.

Pros:

Second time I've stayed here, the bed was super comfortable and staff are always so helpful. The text feature is great to contact the front desk!

Cons:

Bathroom could do with updating a little but it's very clean and tidy :)

Pros:

The location was great and the spa was ok. Most of the staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The terribly squeaky floors and the shower over the bath not great, could even be dangerous for older people.
