We have used this hotel for more than 10 years and it suits our needs.
Pros:

The hotel is convenient for this annual trip.

Cons:

There is a fold out couch which we use every year and every year we have asked to have it made up and it is not. One day on this trip the room had not been cleaned. They sent someone up, but late.

Overall was a bad experience, we couldn’t sleep because of the noise, and room service was no where to be found.
Pros:

It looked nice and clean from the moment your walked in. The restaurant and lobby looked nice.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned well, we didn’t get the crib we asked for. A lot of noise next door from staff or people. There was drilling going on. Vibrating the whole room throughout the night. People just stood in front of the door talking and laughing. Slamming the doors over and over.

I did get to sleep in clean room and bed. The bed mattress was definitely too firm !!

Just a Mishap on my reservation through the Booking.com App!! The staff had issues to verify the Booking even though I had a Verification Code. They couldn’t verify it on there end. So I waited over an hour for the situation to get resolved. Then the computer system crashed! Just wasn’t the best way to start my stay!! 🙁🙁🙁🙁
