The view from the room was disappointing; we observed gravel roofs equipped with rooftop units.

Funcionário (dia 31/07/26 às 23:30) tentou cobrar novamente a diária já previamente paga pelo site do booking, tive q insistir pra ele checar denovo, e n recebi nem um “sorry” . A porta de entrada do quarto precisa forçar pra abrir e fechar, causando um barulho maior, pelo visto n era só do meu quarto, pq ouvi toda vez a porta abrindo dos quartos ao redor e parecia q estava “forçando” a minha porta (estava com o meu marido, o q me fez me sentir mais segura, mas acredito q se eu estivesse sozinha esse barulho me deixaria preocupada e não me deixaria dormir) . Além disso café da manhã n tinha mts opções de pães
Jennifer made checking in so quick and easy. There were 2 people in line when we arrived and she got everyone checked in so quick. Very friendly. Very nice room. Kimberly took excellent care of us at breakfast. Gorgeous hotel. Really appreciated the walking bridge from the parking lot to the hotel and needing a your room key to access higher floors
Wished the waterwas hotter in the shower
This was the conference hotel for a conference I attended. The downstairs areas could use a lot of love but my room was completely renovated. I had zero WiFi in my room and the person I spoke to downstairs just suggested I bring my work to the lobby, which wasn’t an option. I was offered points as compensation which I never received. Rest of front desk staff was very attentive. Restaurant was very good and restaurant staff was fantastic.

Wasn’t clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean well and left rooms unstocked—no toilet paper, tissues, etc. when they stopped at rooms they added towels, dumped trash and pulled covers up. They didn’t “make” the beds or cleanup bathrooms or vacuum tho much needed. Floors didn’t appear vacuumed when we checked in and I kept stepping on gritty stuff in the carpet. Housekeeping threw the dirty towels into the hall by all the rooms and left them there til they repeated that action the next day.

Our room didn't have air-conditioning working, we had to move rooms the next day and they promised a refund which never came.

I've sent several e-mail via my outlook and also from booking.com. I have paid for my accommodation via Booking, yet I see that the same amount has also been charged by your hotel. I have sent several emails regarding this matter. I urgently request the refund of the relevant payment.!!!!!!!! Alper Kavuzlu (staying sate May 21, 2026)!!!!!
Too many issues with this hotel outside of a good location connected to a convention center.
Food was OK, rooms were nice renovated but very dark. Construction going on literally in the room below me and next to me way past they said it would be like 9 to 5 and they were still working after 8 PM on Saturday. Started at 8 o’clock on Sunday for several hours. Advertise the pool in writing and pictures the pool its been closed for over a year and it’s not gonna reopen. Very little insulation in the walls on the street side either that or the glass but I could hear the car is just driving by all night and they had hot rods racing at times and gun in their engine for three hours the office staff could not do or would not do anything including call local authorities as this was definitely noise issues and I was on the fifth floor.
The one night we stay it was very nice
The little construction work that they had going on in the room you can hit and drilling Hammond and everything while you sleeping at 8:00 in the morning

Rooms were to small and beds were uncomfortable. We ended not staying the whole time.
