It was quiet and the room was spacious so it wasn't too bad
The shower could have been cleaner and the overall feel of the hotel had a misty dew in the morning type of feeling.
Staff nice and friendly
It was clean
Young man working in the cleaning staff. Very attentive to helping with our bags When leaving, he asked if he could help us. Everyone should have one of him. I’m upset I didn’t get his name.
All the doors slammed throughout the night. Room was cold even though temp was turned to 75. Certainly never hit 75. Beds are short sheeted. Blankets hit just above the stomach. That was ridiculous. Used large towels to covers us.

Customer service was amazing at the front desk , very friendly and polite . check in process was great , no issues at all getting our key and going directly to our room . there is an on site restaurant that we did not try.
Bathroom shower was a mess, shower drain has not been cleaned in what appear to be some time, we discovered the drain was clogged with globs of hair, Front desk was notified in person and shown a picture of the drain so we ended up on the last night showering at a relatives house .

In town to board a cruise ship a few weeks ago. I stay at this hotel the night prior, each cruise. The on-site restaurant is delicious as well as friendly wait staff. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating. I love that they offer a shuttle service to and from the port for a very affordable fee to not only be driven to the port, but also be able to leave my vehicle parked at the hotel for the duration of the cruise. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We were sent to a room we couldn't access because it was already occupied. They reprogrammed our cards and sent us back o the same room even after we told them it sounded like someone was in there. Finally maintenance got involved and found out someone had already checked into the room. we were assigned another room. The handle fell off of the shower as soon as we turned it on. There was no tub. The pool was half drained and full of bubbles when we came out for an early swim before check out. We called the desk to see if pool was undergoing maintenance and/or if it would reopen. They did not followup so we called again- they said it was closed. We went back to the pool- no signage, pool looked absolutely normal- full and no bubbles. We went to the restaurant and stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes while the employee cleaned and set tables without being acknowledged at all. There was one occupied table and 1 person sitting at the bar- it eas not busy. No excuse for being ignored for 10 minutes.

I didn't like double queen sz bed room assignment, having paid for King size bed rooom.
Overly priced! Rooms dirty, with no breakfast included. There is a deposit fee along with another deposit.
