Very comfortable snd clean. The check-in clerk was exceptional with multitasking with professionalism.
Pros:

Appeared recently updated. Very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Barn doors should never be used for a bathroom door.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, the staff were very friendly! & clean facility
Pros:

Facility was updated, many amenities available on the property! They even have a nail salon & gift shop! Pool is pretty big, compared to many other places I have stay so that is Great. They also have several different entrances which is convenient based on parking! & many places to explore on the property

Cons:

Paying for breakfast. We always stay at The Double Tree by Hilton for my daughter's cheer competitions. They usually have to arrive by 7:45am to their venue, which makes it hard to stop somewhere on the way. However, $20-30 for one person to eat breakfast is a bit too much.

Pros:

Location is primo just by the airport in a safe area of Norfolk. The room was huge and the bed and pillows a dream. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The bartender and waitresses were exceptional.

Disappointing and not restful.
Cons:

Very noisy hallways, children running around for both days of our stay despite notifying the front desk. Service at the restaurant was poor, food came out staggered at all different times and the wait staff was nowhere to be found.

Nice hotel but they should offer complimentary coffee to guests!
Pros:

Clean, safe, well-maintained, friendly staff

Cons:

I still cannot get over that for the amount the rooms cost, there is no complimentary coffee in the morning!!! Just for that, I will not go back. That is such a little detail that would not cost the hotel much but would have made our stay perfect.

It was decent , staff was friendly , but not up to my expectations

I normally don’t give bad reviews but the Bathroom was dirty, no trash bag in trash can . Trash was left in the trash before we gt there just not worth what I paid

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

The people went above and beyond to make sure your experience was good. Alphonso our shuttle driver and the ladies at the desk on 3-14 when we checked in were awesome

Great stay, would book again
Pros:

The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. It was fresh and reasonable.

Cons:

I was not aware that they offered a cruise shuttle as an option. On the website it only mentioned the airport shuttle. I was staying there before my cruise and would have booked the shuttle vs paying a high priced lyft

Good comfortable stay near to the airport.
Pros:

The room and especially the bed, were very comfortable. The food was good.

Cons:

There was some confusion over the free shuttle bus when going back to the airport. Breakfast service could be improved. Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was difficult.
