Nice facility, customer service not as accommodating
Pros:

Located directly across the street from the convention center. Convenient for us. Parking was reasonable and easy, just a short outdoor walk away. The hotel was modern, clean, and had a bar lounge on the top floor, an attached burger restaurant, and a workout facility.

Cons:

We arrived at 11pm, tired from long drive in bad weather. We checked in easily but they did not mention they oversold 2 queen beds rooms & gave us one king bed. We had 3 people. They would not change rooms & said they were unable to discount us. After a long wait, they brought us a roll away bed. Then had to come back with linens. It was near midnight at this point. Our room was clean, but had an odd smell. There was also a fire alarm with a bright green flashing light that kept us awake.

I enjoyed my stay here. Did to my diet restrictions at this time I didn't get to experience the breakfast but had many options available

Pros:

The bed and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The attendant in the morning who made comments to my girlfriend and I when we went to get breakfast. ( he said it all makes sense now) when he saw my African American girlfriend and me hispanic male leaving our room to get on the elevator. I ignored it but it wasn't needed or necessary. Made us feel not welcome

Wonderful Stay 6th floor
Pros:

The 6th floor view was beautiful

Cons:

Paided for two parking passes went to leave and couldn't get out of the parking garage.

Pros:

Room was clean. Rooftop bar was nice. Overlooked the stadium. If ever back through Fort Wayne I will stay there again. For not having valet parking the parking garage is not an issue. There is a short covered walk way connecting the Hampton.

It was a nice place but not happy with noise.
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Never mentioned construction until I got there. Bummer. No workout room.

Loud noises til drilling or dragging. Late at night. After 11pm.

Pros:

Was there for a volleyball tournament at the coliseum so location was terrible. No one at desk to check me in. She had arm in sling so only one handed. Not friendly. Never smiled. No apology for having to wait on her. Said nothing about breakfast hrs. Ha d to ask about hanficapped parking which was in garage down the street; not great for a senior who cannot walk long distances. It was windy and very cold outside.

Cons:

I Didn't like the PRICE the location. The staff.. The ordinary breakfast.

Pros:

I loved the location and ease of getting there. I loved the proximity of restaurants and fun things to do. The cleanliness of the rooms and the building was stellar!! The staff was super friendly and would love to stay again in a different room with a cheaper rate.

Cons:

I HATED being on road side of the hotel. Not the hotels fault, but NO sleep to be had in the room we were in. Constant motorcycles, cars revving engines, loud exhaust and racing taking place ALL night long on that strip! It was such the opposite of quiet that we requested, it was unreal. Ended up having to take tomorrow to recover actually.
Wondered what those people were doing all hours of the night and why they were not doing something else. I understand traffic in a big city, but this was totally absurd!! Everyone there a own a hot rod where they have to gun the engines 24/7?

Reception person behavior was rude. No microwaves in room neither on the floor. Parking was far. Using cards for lifts was difficult when there are luggage in hands.
