Excellent service from Jake at Concierge. Our company President was travelling for a meeting but had run out of business cards. A template was sent to Jake at Concierge, who arranged new cards to be printed within a matter of hours, ready for collection when the boss checked in. Amazing service!!

When I checked into the hotel, I asked reception staff if they could indicate in the system that the room would only offer jasmine tea. The staff kindly replied that it was no problem and even noted my request in the system. They then gave me some extra tea bags that weren't jasmine tea. The staff didn't change the tea bags daily. After waiting a few days, I felt the hotel wasn't doing a good job of management. Finally, I went to the IHG CLUB lounge for help and successfully obtained jasmine tea bags.

We are IHG Diamond member. Since my kid is under 13 years old and can't have breakfast in the IHG Club Lounge, I had to bring her to the first-floor restaurant. Every day, the staff politely asked what I'd like to drink. However, for the first three days, I waited a long time for my jasmine tea order. Then I had to go and order it myself again because l did not success get my order actually. l began success get my tea order from the 4th day. Get one cup of tea is not easy.

Today is my tenth day staying at this hotel.
Since one small pot of Jasmin tea(250ml) wasn't enough, I went to a senior staff to order another cup. After getting my table number, he promised to deliver it to me later.

I was waiting it. After a long wait, I went back and found he hadn't intended to make me another cup of jasmine tea. He even questioned me, saying there was already tea on my table. I explained that it was the first cup I ordered in the morning, and I was thirsty and needed one more cup.
He spoke to me with a strange and questioning tone. He turned away and muttered to himself in Korean. I felt very sad. Just a cup of tea have to being question like this.

This hotel is different from many InterContinental hotels I've stayed before. It doesn't provide hot water and tea bags at the bar for guests to make their own. If you want hot drink, you have to wait to order it.

Every day, I wait for a cup of hot tea to get start with my breakfast. I feel like it doesn't make sense that this old employee questioned my need for an extra 150ml cup of hot tea. Most other guests order a tall 400ml iced coffee every day. If my cup weren't so small, I wouldn't have to walk back and forth twice to ask for tea.

If not welcome asking for more than one cup of tea. Please put the sign for clear that "One Cup Of Tea Only" on top of the table. l am happy to support.

My wife and I had a pleasure of spending 6 wonderful days @ this fabulous hotel.
From check in to check out everything was perfect.
As soon as you enter the hotel, can see it oozes of quality.
The staff are wonderful, room was great, breakfast was vast and tasty, leisure facilities were superb with one of the largest jacuzzi ever seen.
Wei Lou Chinese restaurant on 34th floor was excellent.
The hotel is situated in a very good area and underground there is Parnas Mall, Coex Mall, Starfield Library and obviously plenty of shops, eating places and train station.
Have not stayed at IHG brand for a while and enjoyed it so much that have booked Hamburg Germany at Crowne Plaza for 6 persons. Very impressed.
Also have a friend and his wife visiting Seoul and have taken my recommendation to stay at this hotel.
Hope to visit beautiful Seoul again and will definitely stay at Intercontinental Grand Seoul Parnas.

I recently hosted a corporate Amazon event at this venue and I cannot say enough incredible things about this team. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Grace Lee, our main point of contact and the head manager, was above and beyond amazing. Her communication was stellar, patient, and accommodating at every turn. Despite the significant time difference between the USA and Seoul, she was remarkably quick and thorough in all of her email communications. When we needed a DJ, she didn't just send referrals, she personally followed up with them when we encountered translation issues. That level of care and initiative was unmatched.

Days before our event, Grace met me at the venue for a full walkthrough to ensure every detail was accounted for. On event day, she was onsite for the entire duration, managing her team who helped with setup and even assisting with additional tasks like signage and gift bag preparation. She truly anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. In all my years of event planning, Grace is the best partner I have ever had.

The culinary experience deserves its own standing ovation. Culinary Team Leader Na Eunseon and Pastry Chef Seo Jonghyuk delivered the absolute best dinner and dessert experience our Amazon team has ever had; and that is not an exaggeration. Every single guest raved about the food. The menu was unique, delicious, beautifully presented, and genuinely impressive, from gold-topped beef tartare and caviar lava chips to live hand-rolled sushi featuring exquisite toro and fire-cooked wagyu. It was an absolute showstopper.

And then there were the desserts. What Seo Jonghyuk presented was truly shock-and-awe level artistry. A large custom macaron adorned with our Amazon logo and brand colors, complete with a custom QR code linking to our business site. Individually crafted Amazon-branded confectionary desserts and chocolates that were simply unbelievable. The attention to detail and creativity were nothing short of fine art. Our guests were absolutely blown away.

This team and this venue are my highest recommendation in Seoul. If you are looking for a world-class event experience with partners who genuinely care about delivering excellence, look no further. I cannot give them enough praise.

The stay was quite disappointing. The staff members’ lack of communication was quite evident. The room was clean, but the attention to detail in the cleaning was lacking. While the hotel itself was decent, the service fell short of what you’d expect from other five-star hotels in Seoul.

This hotel has the best Club Lounge food I have ever experienced. I'm an IHG Diamond Ambassador and recently gained lounge access, and after staying for five nights, I was blown away by the food. During my stay, I enjoyed steak, fish, lobster pasta, and lamb chops.

I am also a Hilton Diamond and Marriott Platinum member, so I've visited many club lounges all over the world, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best lounges when it comes to food.

The only major downside is the age restriction for children, but I appreciated that they allowed takeout during afternoon tea.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Yoonsung Cho, Ms. Dana Lee, Ms. Yeonjeong Gu, Ms. Duri Han, Ms. Jooeun Kim, and Mr. Byunghee Lee for their outstanding service in the lounge.

The Grand Kitchen breakfast was not the best breakfast buffet I've ever had, but it was still good, and I truly appreciated being allowed to use a private room on several occasions. Thank you to Ms. Sohyun Yoo, Mr. Jaehyun Lee, and Mr. Yongsu Cho for their excellent service at the Grand Kitchen.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with countless dining and shopping options nearby. The famous Starfield Library is also within walking distance.

The Classic Room is a bit small, and even the Junior Suite felt somewhat compact. However, my 11-month-old son loved crawling around and especially enjoyed the view from the window. I personally preferred the temple view, but my son loved watching the cars on Teheran-ro.

I spent a lot of points that I had purchased for this stay, but overall, I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the experience, from the service to the food and beverage offerings.

The Club Lounge’s afternoon tea was outstanding, with an elegant selection of food and impeccable presentation. Breakfast at Grand Kitchen was equally memorable, offering a delicious and extensive variety of high-quality dishes.

It was an absolutely stellar experience. The ground-floor lobby lounge was strikingly elegant and aesthetically delightful, while the cocktails were impeccably crafted. The service staff were remarkably warm and hospitable as well. Although the executive lounge offerings were marginally less impressive than those during my January stay, the overall standard remained highly commendable. The room was equally tasteful in its appointments. Should I have the pleasure of returning, I would be most appreciative of a larger room allocation. Two stays within a span of just six months speak volumes about its enduring appeal.

As an IHG Diamond Ambassador member, I was disappointed that no room upgrade was offered or even mentioned at check-in, despite upgraded rooms appearing to be available. The overall check-in experience did not reflect the level of recognition expected for elite members.

The stay in this Gangnam area Hotel is just superb. The convenience of getting a ride of taxi or Subway station can be reached in minutes. The Hotel’s room is spacious and the bed linen is just nice, comfy and clean. The staffs are super nice and helpful. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Hotel location is very convenient to mall with lots of restaurants and shopping heaven. The breakfast menu is international with handcrafted coffee and delicious food. One good thing is their Lounge Bar, the place is so pretty and there is Live Band every night. I do hope I will come back again for this place.

Excellent location. Rooms were clean. Excellent wine selection at the Mercato wine cellar. Casual dinner at the Mercato was really good, with friendly and professional service. Very good breakfast selection at the Grand Kitchen. All in all, the five of us found our stay to be most enjoyable. Top quality service displayed.

We went all in for our 60th wedding anniversary celebration. We planned a month- long trip around the world with several-day stops in Montreal, Munich, Madrid, Barcelona, Chiang Mai (Thailand), Kanazawa (Japan) and Seoul (Korea). We choose great hotels in each city. This hotel was the best!! It lives up to its name, "Grand." The hotel is beautiful and the lounge was fantastic, especially the young women and men who worked there and joined us in our celebration. It's probably the best hotel lounge we've ever experienced.
