Holiday at Seoul with Family of 4

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas. The entire hotel has a very nice, cozy, and luxurious feel to it, making it the perfect place to return to after a busy day in the city.

The staff members were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. A massive highlight of our stay was the Club Lounge—it is absolutely amazing, with fantastic food, a beautiful ambiance, and impeccable service. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Seoul!

Maybe one of the best place to stay in Seoul
Pros:

It's my second stay here! Everything remains the same, excellent! The location is really convenient as it is linked with 3 malls and you can actually get what you want easily. It is only 5 mins to the MTR station.

The room is cozy with everything you need! Cleanliness is good and all the staffs are friendly with a bright smile whenever you meet them. Although it is located on the main street, we can never hear the noise outside and had a wonderful and comfortable stay here.

My heaven on earth

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel; it truly felt like a home away from home. The ambiance was so inviting, and the service was exceptional throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the breathtaking city views from my room. It's definitely a place I'd recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next opportunity to visit and explore more of what this amazing hote has to offer! The club lounge is the No. 1 club lounge I had ever been to as a Diamond Elite ,i had visit so many intercontinentals and so far this club lounge is a top notch. All the staff in the club lounge are excellent. To Ms. Angel at the front desk, she is the best and a very kind woman.Thank you again.Seoul my soul.

A stay to remember
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the InterContinental Seoul Parnas. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout — from the lobby to the rooms, everything felt spotless and luxurious. The service quality was truly outstanding as well. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, attentive, and eager to help, which made the experience feel very welcoming and seamless.

The breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The selection was extensive, high quality, and beautifully presented, with a great mix of Korean and international options. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the dining atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and service.

Would highly recommend staying here if you want to be in Gangnam area.

Nice hotel at good location
Pros:

I booked my stay via Chase the Edit. Upon checking in, staff clearly and patiently explained to me all program benefits. The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to the Parnas mall and the Coex mall with tons of shopping and food options. The beautiful Starfield Library is also next door. Airport Limousine bus stop and subway line 2 are right in front of the hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful. My room is of a good sized, very clean. I really love the bathroom with large, powerful rain shower.
The hotel also houses one-Michelin-star restaurant Sushi Kanesaka, where I had a great dinner.

Best Hotel in Seoul
Pros:

I love this hotel, and will stay here almost every time I visit Seoul purely for the benefits of the bath house, free daily breakfast (which rivals 1 star michelin restaurants), cocktail hours, and the screen golf range. I love the amenities and the service here. The turn down service is also excellent, and a concierge member helped me find a taxi/van to Incheon to my grandma's that could fit 3 large suitcases and could accommodate for my motion sickness. It would be nice to get an upgrade from my 1-bedroom suite with lounge access, but this is my second time here, and the service was impeccable as the last time.
