As usual, our stay was fabulous. It was also wonderful to see familiar faces again — special thanks to Julie and Devy, along with the rest of the Club Lounge team: Daisy, Alex, and Doori (apologies if I missed anyone's name!). Everyone was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed back.
A huge thank you as well to the chef in the Club Lounge — the food selection was amazing, and she clearly has a deep understanding of flavor and balance. We found ourselves genuinely excited every time we visited the lounge, always looking forward to what would be served next.
The Grand Kitchen team also delivered outstanding service, and the chefs there prepared truly great food throughout our stay. On top of that, the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to keep our room comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles.
The Intercontinental Parnas is situated in a fantastic location and offers a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me most, though, is that even as an already excellent property, it continues to grow and improve. That kind of ongoing commitment to getting better is what makes us keep coming back.
Breakfast and the Club Lounge were outstanding. The Club Lounge is among the best I’ve experienced, though weekends can be crowded due to the two-session system. For the best experience, visit on a weekday.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The room, service, and breakfast were all wonderful. The hotel is attached to a shopping center where Starfield Library is located, which made it convenient for public transit and shopping. We also had lunch at the cafe. Our room was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to take the airport bus from this location. Someone at the hotel walked us to where we needed to go to catch the bus.

The service here sets a gold standard that other hotels should strive to match. From the doormen and front desk to the concierge, restaurant team, and housekeeping, every staff member was exceptionally attentive and professional.
The room has an extremely comfortable bed and couch and is well appointed. Also has fast, efficient elevators, making getting around seamless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh ingredients, an impressive selection, and made-to-order coffee from a dedicated barista.
To top it off, the location is unbeatable with direct, easy access to COEX, Parnas Mall, and the Hyundai Department Store. Highly recommended!
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I’ve been fortunate enough to experience several five-star hotels in different cities around the world, and this one easily ranks among my top five. Everything was always spotless, and the attention to detail was exceptional — I even received a face mask in my room every day, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel always smelled amazing, too. The service, the food, the atmosphere — everything was absolutely wonderful. I truly had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

I book for 3 adults, price for 3 person, but property request to pay more for the 3rd person
Everything is perfect. Lots of details of the rooms, the club lounge and the restaurants are well designed and managed. Pretty impressed. Don't miss out the dinner at the club lounge if you have the access. You won't regret!
