Pros:

Not our first choice as we initially considered a Hilton sister property but came to find out, that evidently the other hotel utilizes "surge pricing" which made staying there fiscally unattractive. We decided on Tru which was within eyeshot from the Hampton Inn. Also, lots of other options within two blocks.
Good first impression walking thru the doors - bright and expansive area. Front desk staff was welcoming. Directly across from the elevators were different boards that listed local restaurants, bars & other "nice to know" things; very convenient.
Our room checked all the basics and appeared spotless. Breakfast was as to be expected.
Some issues checking in and out; either tech issue or operator error, but it all worked out.

Pros:

Good use of space in the room. Everything you need for an excellent price. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The $50 incidentally fee was a bit steep. Most hotels I stay at are $20. I hope it does get credited back to my card.

Great nights stay!
Pros:

We checked in for one night with Yolanda (I believe her name is). What a lovely person! She was super nice and helpful. This was a very clean and updated hotel. Breakfast was decent. Nice location just off the highway. Very comfy room. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
