Location/staff
Computer system was down, so it took a very long time to check in. Note that stated they had an ant problem.

My room was infested with ants
Pool was good
Rooms kind of sucked.
I was charged on my card on booking. Com and at the hotel
The pool was a nice way to cool down after a long day the pool table was nice but could use some new pool sticks.
Had no hot water in both of the rooms I booked
The pool was nice and so was the pool table
Need new pool sticks for the pool table and the hotel had no hot water
Loved the out door pool and friendly staff
There was a lot of little black ants in our room
The lobby and room was clean.
There was no hot water the night we arrived. The desk clerk said nothing about it when we checked in. It was late when we went to take a shower and found there was no hot water. We just thought the hot water had been used up and would be better in the morning, but it wasn’t. Come to find out, some repairs had been made the day of our arrival, but the problem was not fixed. The desk clerk never apologized or offered any reimbursement for the inconvenience. We were told we needed to pay an additional $25 for incidentals but when we asked her what the incidentals were, she couldn’t tell us. She just said Booking.com paid for our room but not the incidentals and that we would have to make a separate payment for that. We received no receipt for it. There was nothing in any of the policies we looked at that said there would be additional charges. There were no eggs and bacon when we went down for breakfast. A line of people were waiting for some to be put out. We decided to get a cup of coffee and there was no caffeinated coffee.
Staff was nice and it was clean
Room was extremely small 4 the price. No microwave. No hot water in shower...
It's was very very nice. Great continental breakfast and very comfortable.
Nothing.
Great front desk staff experience! She was very accommodating and the facility was nice and clean.
Water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest
The location was good as we were traveling to Lake Village. The front desk staff was very helpful and got me into a good room where we would not hear the early morning guests leaving. We also enjoyed the pool table.
Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, and I feel like I struggled to get the room temperature where I needed it. But overall no complaints. Those were just very minute issues.
I took my elderly mom to stay during ice storm. Staff was great especially considering they did not get to go home and had to stay overnight several nights as well. They worked hard to manage all of the reservations coming and going with the storm and power company workers. They were patient with everyone during a tough time.
The property was very clean and the staff was always friendly. We really liked the breakfast. It was so nice to have hot scrambled eggs and a sausage different than other places we have stayed. The pancake machine was a nice surprise!
Nothing. We were pleased with everything.
The breakfast was typical continental fare for that type of facility. It was acceptable but undistinguished.
I stayed 4 years ago when the facility was pristine and now is showing signs of wear and tear and needs attention. My shower door as well as in my sister's room would not close and the floor would have a big puddle after each use. Staff looked at the problem but offered no solution. The light blocking screen was miss rolled and when i tried to lower it the valence fell of cutting my arm. Apparently, it had fallen off before and been reinstalled improperly. Obviously, the price is geared toward corporate guests. For a guest visiting family, a five-night stay would be over $1000. Why pay resort prices in a sad town like Crossett?
My view was a gravel lot with a big pile of gravel, same as 4 years ago.
