10/10: Un séjour exceptionnel à la Résidence Massou !
Pros:

Un séjour fantastique ! Idéalement située pour ma réunion de l’Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC); cadre unique en pleine nature luxuriante, à seulement 10 minutes de tout. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner bio, très digeste et servi à l’heure, permettant de débuter mes activités sereinement. Pour une première expérience en Afrique, je me suis senti pleinement en sécurité et comblé. Je recommande vivement !

The place is very difficult to find. It’s hidden far behind, and there are no visible signs on the street to indicate where it is.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing mainly due to the staff’s attitude and unclear rules. The guards were unfriendly and did not allow guests to freely use the terrace or outdoor areas. We were told that bringing our own drinks or food outside is not allowed unless we pay extra, which was never clearly communicated before arrival or during booking.

There is apparently a bar inside, but this was not explained to us in advance. Instead, we were confronted with the rule only after arrival. One staff member was quite aggressive and even mentioned a fine of nearly 200,000 francs if we invited friends and had drinks on the terrace, which felt unreasonable and uncomfortable.

I chose this place specifically for the outdoor area, pool, and location. Not being allowed to properly enjoy these facilities defeats the purpose of booking it.

I have stayed in many places around the world—often larger and more luxurious—and have never experienced such restrictions, especially when it comes to enjoying your own drinks.

I strongly recommend that the management clearly communicate their rules in advance and reconsider these policies if they want to improve the guest experience.

The level of service is really good and the team is serious.
Pros:

cleanliness, spacious rooms, really functional.
The location is convenient and surrounded by nature and even a walking trail around the block.

Cons:

The edges of the pool are very slippery. Be careful when getting out of the water. I recommend replacing the tiles with a suitable, non-slip surface.

Pros:

La vue est incroyable, on est comme plongés dans la nature. Le niveau de prestation general est eleve, la piscine etait tres propre (ça c'est ma fille qui a tenu à ce qu'on l'indique ;), le personnel charmant et disponible. Toute la famille a apprécié.

Séjour exceptionnel à la Résidence MASSOU
Pros:

Une belle surprise dans la ville de Yaoundé. Accueil chaleureux, équipe aux petits soins, cadre naturel magnifique entre le parc du Parcours Vita, le parcours de Golf et le Mont-Fébé. Résidence propre, calme, lit ultra confortable et piscine spacieuse et relaxante. Petit déjeuner bio délicieux, avec salade composée et cocktail de fruits frais. Un vrai havre de paix. Une pépite à recommander sans hésiter.
