Kind Staff and comfortable room
Pros:

I was in town to help my daughter as she was having surgery. It was amazing to have coffee or tea anytime of the day. It’s those little things that help you get through hard days. Everyone was so kind and polite and the room was very comfortable.

Great Experience for my first trip to Boise
Pros:

Staff here is awesome. I arrived at 12:30A on a Monday and Randy, the desk clerk made the check in experience great. My only complaint is that there aren't that many restaurant selections. But, downtown is only a $10 Uber ride

We will be back!
Pros:

We had a school group conference we were attending in Boise. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The students had a great time in the pool and hot tub and I liked having the fitness center available. Their breakfast was definitely one of the best I have had. Definitely recommend!

Well taken care of from start to finish.
Pros:

We received a warm welcome at the front desk, and were given a spacious room with a view of the mountains. The room was spacious and clean, and the room was kept clean daily. We were also impressed with the tasty breakfast and the individual servings of freshly ground coffee.

My experience
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and nobody cleaned our room except the one time we requested the service because we ran out of everything after 2 days. Even though they said they have daily service. The other thing is the staff at breakfast( they were very nice and helpful. They wear gloves all the time but after they clean the table they touched the food with the dirty gloves. That’s a big NO

Great facility
Pros:

The room was clean and we had all the expected items clean and ready. The breakfast was super with everything from yogurt to tacos and lots more with great ambiance to eat. The exercise room and jacuzzi were in great shape.

All Good!
Pros:

The location provided easy access to all the places we went. We had a lovely view of the mountains from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was quite good. The guest sitting area is very welcoming and staff was very responsive to every inquiry and request. Bonus! The pool and spa were heated and available until 11pm!!

Great stay again.
Pros:

Great experience again. I have family in the area so I have stayed there multiple times.
The only thing I can remember wishing for was a lid on the toilet, I don't like looking at toilet bowls or worrying something will fall in.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Beware of hidden fees!
Pros:

Was charged a $15/nite "facility fee" not mentioned on the online registration. Desk clerk was unable to explain what it was for. Looks like Holiday Inn is taking the lead from Las Vegas hotels in charging made up hidden fees. Have been a loyal customer for many years. NO MORE! B and B's, Air BNB or VRBO for us from now on.
