The place is outstanding! Extremely clean and modern, with great interior. The staff was beyond nice and friendly - they were there to meet all our requests, no matter what they were or what the hour was! I cannot recommend staying there enough!

Gemütliches Bett mit sehr bequemer Matratze, Wasserdruck in der Dusche, Zimmergröße, Ganzkörperspiegel, Parken in der Tiefgarage

Cons:

Mit Navi nicht zu finden. Extrem schlecht ausgeschildert und von der Hauptstraße nicht zu sehen. Unterschiedliche Qualität der MitarbeiterInnen.

Sehr gutes Hotel in bestef Lage, mit ganz kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

-super Lage am ÖPNV (Stadtbahn)
-sehr reichhaltiges und hochwertiges Frühstück
-angenehmes Zimmer mit sehr komfortablen Betten

Cons:

-Mobiliar teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen (das Hotel ist aus den frühen 1990er-Jahren in seiner Grundstruktur)
-Zimmer mit Spreeblick zwar schön, aber die Spree kann bei heissen Temperaturen recht zur Kloake werden und stinken. Insbesondere die Lage am konkaven Aussenufer begünstigt das.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel has a good location and the building itself looks modern and well maintained. The room was clean, quiet, and generally comfortable at first impression.

Cons:

However, my experience was very disappointing due to how the hotel handled a basic comfort issue during hot weather.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective. Despite the room having AC on paper, it struggled to cool the space properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. I raised the issue at reception on my first night and was given a fan, while being told that the system would be checked.

The next morning I followed up again and was told once more that they would check the air conditioning or possibly move me to another room. Unfortunately, when I returned later that day, nothing had been checked, no follow-up had been made, and no room change had been arranged.

Instead, I was simply told that the system "cannot cool much when the outside temperature is above 25°C." This felt more like a standard explanation than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. What disappointed me most was not just the weak air conditioning, but the lack of follow-through after being told twice that someone would investigate or offer an alternative.

Overall, while the hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean, for the price paid I expected a much higher standard of comfort and customer service from a 4-star superior hotel.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden trotz Wetterkapriolen
Cons:

Zimmer soweit Ok )geräumig), aber trotz 1. Stock Fenster mit Kelleraussicht und sehr dunkel.
Können deshalb Zimmer im1. Stock (vielleicht auch 2.) nicht empfehlen.
