Very good view, very average room
Pros:

Wonderful location - the view from my room was lovely.

Cons:

The hotel falls short on the details. My bed linen for example, was very crinkled and was not very inviting for me as a guest, especially since the room wasn’t cheap. With a later check in than I am used to, I expect my room to be better prepared. The room was dated and needs to be modernised.

Super freundliches Personal am Empfang, Nespresso auf dem Zimmer (mehr Kapseln wären schön gewesen ;-)
Uns wurden direkt drei Zimmer nebeneinander angeboten.

Cons:

Jetzt kommt Jammern auf hohem Niveau!
Das Personal am Frühstücksbüffet war mit dem Ansturm leicht überlastet (war aber trotzdem sehr freundlich). Für mich war das Frühstücksbüffet eher Standard. Wenn alle von uns den Spaziergang mit leerem Magen toleriert hätten, hätte ich eine Alternative gefunden.
Dass man zufällig (ohne Aufpreis) ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Spree bekommt ist unwahrscheinlich.

During the night two backpacks (nothing valuable inside) were stolen from the car, which was in the undeground garage. Looks like not save place, garage is public, no cameras and security.

Schönes Hotel in zauberhafter Lage - perfekt für Familien
Pros:

Tolle Lage, außergewöhnlich großes Zimmer, sauber und ruhig. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier im Familienzimmer und sind rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Pros:

Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Schon der erste Eindruck an der Rezeption, das tolle Zimmer, der Ausblick auf die Spree, das wunderbare Frühstück und die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.
Bei unserem nächsten Besuch Berlins hat sich die Suche nach einem passenden Hotel erübrigt, wir haben unseren Favoriten bereits gefunden!

Trotz der genannten Mängel ein Hotel mit Superlage.
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, Frühstück ebenso.

Cons:

Personal im Frühstücksbereich war am Wochenende völlig überfordert - Grund hierfür war die fehlende Personalplanung des Hotelmanagements (zusätzlich Seminar oder ähnliche Gäste). Hier stand offensichtlich der Wunsch nach gutem Extraeinnahmen im Vordergrund.
