We were told that our room was on a different building across the street, not the main one. Building was really old and not renovated, not what you see in the pictures. Room was on the fourth floor without elevator. Getting a family’s luggage up there through a narrow, wooden and worn out staircase was not safe nor pleasant. None of the personnel offered to assist even one bit.
The room itself was apparently originally used as something else and obviously converted into accommodation. It’s outside the main building, once you reach the fourth floor there’s even a metal door on the staircase, must have been a storage room of the building or something. Very narrow corridor with the bedrooms to the right. The bedrooms were claustrophobic with the bed literally touching the three sides of it, attached to the walls. Only a small corridor to the right of the bed with a nightstand, less than one meter wide. They even had a small window opening to the corridor (again, this space probably had a different use, not designed for people to live in). Piping from the bathroom was leaking into the walls creating humidity and mold. During the day and at night you could hear sounds of animals (birds, rodents?) walk on the roof. Because of its location, it was really hot and humid and we were there in April, not summer.

El sofà llit és molt sorollòs. Cada cop q qui hi dorm es mou per canvir de posició, es molest. Se sent molt el soroll dels allotjaments contigus.

Lo que se ofrece en las fotos no corresponde con el estado del apartamento ni del edificio. Para empezar, por ejemplo, la puerta del edificio tiene un grafiti

El check in se hace a 200 metros del apartamento. El apartamento tenía olor a humedad y las fotos de lo ofrecido no correspondían con el estado del apartamento.
