Despite the noise aspects we really enjoyed the suite and the location, and would go back.
Pros:

Conveniently located- central but away from main tourist areas

Cons:

The big bedroom was lovely but faced the street and was noisy during the night. The back bedroom was small but adequate, but faced onto the stairwell which was also noisy.

Buen apartamento para entrediario en Madrid centro
Pros:

La ubicación es muy céntrica y cómoda para moverse en metro o a pie. El apartamento es limpio y recogido, perfecto para un par de noches.

Cons:

Lo único malo que puedo decir es que se me quedaba un poco corta la cama, pero mido 2 metros. Para una persona de estatura normal no afecta.

It was spacious and had plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable, and the washing machine and drying rack were a plus. Plenty of room for all four of us.

Cons:

The shower was a little hard to get to the right temperature and water pressure. The floor was a little dirty. It was difficult to walk up the many flights of stairs with our luggage and we wish we had known there was no elevator before booking.

Redelijk uitstekend.
Pros:

Het bed was zeer goed.Royaal en heerlijk geslapen.

Cons:

De douche was zeer klein,onprettig klein.
Het keukengerei was tot een.mimimum beperkt, wat royaler was fijner geweest.
Het appartement voelde benauwd, ondoorzichtig glas in de ramen. Geen enkel uitzicht.

Eine hervorragende Lage mit sehr vielen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Lage ins Zentrum von Madrid ist hervorragend.
Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war gut.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir das Frühstück mit gebucht. Es war anfangs nicht ersichtlich, dass es jeden Morgen (3 Übernachtungen) eine Box mit 1 Stück Kuchen, 1 belegtes Sandwich, 1 Stück Obst, 1 Jogurt und (2x 1 Flasche Gurkensaft, 1x 1 Flasche O-Saft) gab. Für 18 Euro pro Frühstück mehr als eine Enttäuschung.
Glücklicherweise gab es in der Nähe einen kleinen Supermarkt.
Eine tägliche Reinigung und einen Handtuchwechsel fand bei unserer Aufenthaltsdauer von 3 Übernachtungen nicht statt. Bei sehr heißen Temperaturen keinen Handtuchwechsel durchzuführen ist sehr schlecht. Das Personal brachte uns freundlicherweise 1 x frische Handtücher.
Die Küchenausstattung (u.a. kein Brotmesser, mehr Messer und Löffel) ist nicht ausreichend. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und mehr als schmutzig. Auf Nachfrage am 2. Tag wurde uns eine andere Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung gestellt.
Unser Apartment 1 D war sehr hellhörig. Von einer Nachtruhe ab 23.00 Uhr konnte keine Rede sein. Angetrunkene Rückkehrer in der Zeit von 01.00 Uhr bis 05.00 Uhr waren sehr laut.

Die Unterbringung fand nicht im Haupthaus, sondern ca. 200 m entfernt in einer Apartmentanlage statt. Der Zugang zum Haus und zur Wohnung wurde mit einem Code gesichert.

Der Gesamtpreis für 3 Übernachtungen betrug 760 Euro. Für den Preis hatten wir wirklich mehr erwartet.
