The location is convenient

Cons:

They don't tell you at check in that the room is only cleaned every other day so I came back to my room after a full day of work to find it a mess and not cleaned. The front desk said their was nothing they could do about it but to give me a new towel. The reservation and key system was down so I couldn't even check in when I arrived and I had to wait 40 or so minutes while it rebooted. The wifi never worked from Sunday evening through check out on Wednesday morning so I was not able to watch any TV because it was a smart TV dependant on WIFI and I couldn't work without the wifi or get a strong hot spot due to weak cell signal. Annd for the 3 nights I paid over $900 for a real poor experience.

It was very nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was not a hit for me. Reason being it opened to late for me to partake. Wish it had opened a 1/2 hour earlier.

Stop cutting costs around your breakfast and that one move will seperate you from the other chains

Breakfast was poor to average... The quality of the food has been severely destroyed
as the months and last couple of years have passed.

Cons:

Breakfast could have definitely been better. The egg omelets utilized by Hilton Hotels are horrendous. Is it eggs from plants? The potato provided at Hampton Inns are good but the sausage also is imitation >?? Or just undercooked... Perhaps Without any actual muscle tissue being utilized when blending. Definitely need a new source. The bacon was acceptable but the EGGs have Got to be resourced...Seriously, They're really bad. We shouldnt have to pay for a Garden Inn reservation in order to get a decent breakfast.

Nice stay close to the airport, convenient for a business trip.
Pros:

Property is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable with a nice shower and a desk to work on. Gym is small but nice. Shuttle service is very convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast is terrible and everything is single use plastic, terrible for the environment. This is really the one thing to change.

The staff answering the phone. They couldn't direct me to the pickup spot at the airport.
The weather was terrible but your staff should be able to answer the phone and help their customers. they didn't know when the van would come .it was very distressing
