整潔度滿分，員工也都很親切，退房後行李寄放的空間安全有保障，房間也很舒適，美中不足的只有早餐選擇較少而且只有一人份。

Great Location & Helpful Staff in Osaka
Pros:

We had a good stay at Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba, with some real highlights that made it a convenient base for exploring the city.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Namba Station, making it really easy to get around Osaka and beyond. It’s also close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and key sights, which made exploring very straightforward.

The staff were a real positive—very friendly, helpful, and always on hand if we needed anything. Service throughout our stay was consistently good. (
The hotel restaurant was perfectly fine, with a decent breakfast and enough choice to start the day well.

The rooms are on the small side, even by Japanese standards, and the windows aren’t really clear, which can make the space feel a bit enclosed. However, everything was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable.

Overall, while the rooms are compact, the great location and genuinely helpful staff make this a solid choice for a short stay in Osaka.

Comfortable hotel for the price and the breakfast was very nice. Having plenty of coffee and bath sachets was a nice touch as some hotels skimp and penny pinch but not this one.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like other than the bed was a little on the hard side.

Convenient stay in Namba
Pros:

Location of hotel is very convenient - about a 10 min walk to Dotonbori, and also able to use the subway to walk through the main routes to avoid the sun and rain.
Bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

Hotel room was a little dusty
