Pros:

Great location, easy access to Namba station. Love the bath soap provided by the hotel. Can soak myself up after a long day walk. Super friendly and helpful staff👍🏻👍🏻

Our stay in Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba was truly great .Location is good and the staff are friendly.
Pros:

The location is good as it is near Dotonbori,shopping centers,train station and convenient stores. The staffs
of the hotel are very accomodating and helpful. Their customer service is really excellent.

ご迷惑おかけしてすみませんでした。本当にありがとうございました。
Pros:

・子供が宿泊中の夜中に体調を崩した際にスタッフの方には無理をお願いしてしまいましたが、とても親切に対応いただきました。本当に感謝しております！
・設備も新しく、お部屋の湯船も通常よりやや大きめサイズなのが良かったです。
・立地も駅近く、街中にもすぐアクセスできます。

Great hotel for a short stay in Osaka
