Only the location
EVERYTHING! The smell when you walk in was horrendous, the walls are super thin you could hear the upstairs people, people walking down the halls, the top AC was dripping water and it would tap on our room AC and we had to put up with the tapping all night.

Front desk didn’t help at all. I got to the hotel to check in late night. They were already close and couldn’t help me get the key to get my room. I didn’t spend the night there. As I wasn’t able to check in.
Front desk was not helpful at all.
The hotel didn’t honor the reservation. I drove 30 minutes to get to the location after booking and paying online for the late check-in. When I arrived, the front desk was closed. I had to continue to call the customer service number to finally get someone to answer. The woman on the phone said if I booked after 10:00pm, then they were already at full capacity and would not have a room for me. I advised I already paid through Booking. She said I would be refunded through my third party later, it was not her job. That left me stranded to find another hotel while my money was stuck with this transaction. Unacceptable.

What breakfast?
Did not like the smell of the hotel. The bead was uncomfortable. We had to pay extra for everything we heeded like towels, dishes, and etc.
Will and Britney are wonderful, caring, helpful , kind human beings. The world would be better off if we had more people like them. Thank you both for all your help and patience you gave me. May God bless you both .

I am writing to request a partial refund regarding my recent stay at WoodSpring Suites Dallas Plano Central Legacy Drive.
During my stay, the elevator was out of order, requiring me to use the stairs to reach my room on the fourth floor. This was particularly difficult as I was traveling with my mother, for whom I provide care. Additionally, there was significant noise coming from neighboring rooms. Although I filed a formal complaint during my stay, these issues were not resolved.
Given these inconveniences, I would like to discuss a partial refund for my booking. I look forward to your prompt response.
