Room was clean.
Air conditioner was noisy and door to bathroom did not fully close.

It was right next to my house, so my mother didn’t have to travel far.
It was filled with day laborers and out of town workers. Guys standing around everywhere drinking and smoking. My mother had to wear her crocs in the bathtub to shower because the tub was stained and paint stripping off. The floor was separating. Mini fridge and microwave were dirty. The lights above the bed were missing the light bulbs. My mother had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and when I dropped her off, they’d gone in her room and cleaned anyway.
It had smoking rooms that didn't smell like an ashtray.
It's an old property, which is probably why the rooms were so cheap! They could do a little bit of upgrades like the caulking around the tubs and toilets

Your people could be a little more friendly. They need lots of up date on the rooms. Not clean enough. Your sheets need to be clean with bleach or something to look more clean or just replace them with new one. There's little things you can do to make it look better and feel better for your customers.
I wrote comments on the first line. This place could be great with more improvement with appearance on outside and inside. I hope the next time I come thru I see a better looking hotel.
Room was clean and comfortable
Lights on both sides of the bed and bathroom didn't work so I had to use my flashlight when I took showers. The electrical outlets didn't work except for the one where the desk is at so I had to use that one to charge my cellphone and laptop
Very good value for the money.
Very spacious, and well equipped.
Mattress was very good.
A/C worked well, and we had hot water, and the pressure on the shower was very good.
Beds were too high, the room and especially the bathroom needs TLC,
The tube is way too old and gives the appearance that is dirty, when it is clean.
Literally nothing to like LOL
Everything! The place was disgusting. The management was disgusting. Stained comforters with burn holes in them, white stains on brown box spring cover (just think about it, GROSS), loose crumbs on chair, writing on mirror…you name it. I wouldn’t even let my kids sit down when we arrived.
