Todella paljon muurahaisia huoneessa - lattioilla, huonekaluilla ja sängyssä. Hotelli ei pyynnöstä huolimatta myrkyttänyt. Aamupalabuffet täynnä kärpäsiä ruoissa, joita ei suojattu mitenkään. Hotelli on upean näköinen ja antaa rauhaa kiireiselläkin turistikaudella, mutta hinta ja palvelu ei kohtaa.

O local onde o hotel está instalado é muito bonito e charmoso, o que rende lindas vistas. Porém, não há serviço na piscina, a comunicação com a recepção é lenta e a comida é razoável.

Lovely setting. Beautiful Mediterranean gardens and surrounding area. Great views over a vast and quiet valley. Great locations, nearby beautiful villages and wineries. Excellent service. We enjoyed a quiet time at the SPA Area. Excelent Jacaranda Restaurant! We would certainly return again

Absolutely stunning Mallorcan Finca. The interior decor is gorgeous with beautiful rooms with outdoor spaces. The SPA area is impressive with a well equipped gym. Staff is super friendly!, great gastronomy in Jacaranda Restaurant. It is the place to be in Mallorca! We will be definitely back soon!

The location, design, service and room quality are all absolutely amazing. A really enjoyable, relaxing and luxurious stay. The staff really make you feel special and look after you exceptionally well. They produce their own wine (white wine very tasty, fruity) and olive oil! Try a relaxing massage at the SPA Area. It is a MUST!

We decided to travel to Mallorca on Christmas Holidays! The location of the hotel and the attention to detail that they had put into it was absolutely incredible. The staff that worked there were extremely friendly and accommodating to every request we had. It was really good.

Wonderful property, we enjoyed all the staff very much!! Very accompanying and kind. The choice for dinner, gastronomy is exceptional! We loved the yoga at 09:00 AM. We enjoy walking the routes and relaxing at the SPA area.

The property is finished to a very high standard, both inside and out and the views are exceptional, which probably positions it, as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in Mallorca. Great SPA Area, and Restaurant Jacaranda it is a must!

Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5. As honeymooners, we let the hotel know this in advance, every other 5 star hotel on our trip made sure we felt the warmth and service, this was an absolute miss from them. The spa, was missing water in the water jugs upon entry, there was not an employee in site for the 2-3 hours we spent there. The massage was great but to label this a unico spa experience, it wasn’t. When we got there as honeymooners, a little bottle of wine or glass or card to say “congrats” would have been us feel a bit more special during our stay. To be honest, we wanted to explore this hotel and recommend it to our friend next year for her wedding, based on size and look from our booking, but we quickly redirected and told our friend not to. Honestly, really really wish it was a better experience.

Bel hôtel, dans un beau site. Personnel essentiellement composé de saisonnier et donc loin d’un standard de 5 étoiles. A plus de 700€/ nuit on attend un vrai service. La climatisation était défectueuse avec 38degres La restaurant et room service très limités. Beau spa en revanche avec de bien nés soins.

This was a nice hotel with nice amenities and good service. The rooms are nice and the pool is lovely. This hotel list marks for charging 6 euros a bottle for water at the pool, a very mediocre and expensive paella dinner, and a service charge to bring a mediocre breakfast to our room when we needed a check out before the breakfast which was included began. Considering the cost of this hotel, this was disappointing and we have had a better experience in other high end hotels on the island.

Fire pits outside would’ve been amazing as well as food and beverage service by the pool.

Hotel’s property is lovely. Very relaxing. Spa was nice also but, when i asked if i could have the fire lit they sent a girl whom did not know how and did not bring wood…

Food was very disappointing for such an expensive hotel and very limited options. Service was extremely slow and had to constantly find someone throughout the dinner (which took 3 hours) to get drinks.

Also, as we waited for our room to be ready they actually let me enter an already occupied room which was quite uncomfortable for both parties as they were in bed! Mortifying…

food was not good. For the price was not worth it. Unless you are not fussed about good service or food for €500 a night. Cannot say I would recommend to my group travel vacationers which i would have loved to add to the visit Mallorca list.

Beautiful property in a quiet part of Mallorca. Beautiful pool and vineyards to stroll through. The rooms are on the smaller side - don’t book a deluxe garden. Essentially, it’s just the terrace that is added to the size. The service is ok - for a five star hotel it was surprising that dinner views are not booked for guests, hit or miss when you call down, little to no activities and rarely any help at the pool. It’s a great place but trust the reviewers that the the service has a bit more to go.
