Fantastic location, spacious and very comfortable and convenient!

On the downside, it was not indicated when booking that the flat was located on the lower ground floor; it was a bit cold in the flat and we had some issues with the access codes

We love this spacious 2 bedroom apartment! It was perfect for our family trip to London with two older kids. We had our own bedrooms and separate 2 bathrooms.

We loved our stay at the Sonder and will definitely be staying at other Sonder properties in the future. It was easy to get in touch with the concierge and they replied promptly. Loved the area as well.

It was a clean and spacious apartment and can walk to local sites in the area. There are no grocery stores nearby and no view since it was a ground floor. Some of the other units displayed views and so somewhat misleading. The double doors in living room was not able to close correctly and posed a safety concern.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location was excellent and the flat was perfect. Everything was very comfortable, clean, and updated. We had everything we needed and much more. I can't recommend this place more highly. We loved it.

It’s nice flat with good condition. Good for a week stay. The only insufficient is not enough furniture such as a dresser and one or two more chairs.

One word Wonderful!! The house was well maintained and right in the middle of everything!! We loved everything about the location the home itself and the all experience. 10

We were booked into this property and were advised 30 minutes prior to checking out of our previous accommodation, that this was no longer available due to a plumbing issue. The lack of empathy and customer service from the Sonder customer service team was stressful and frustrating, as we were left to sort out our accommodation needs. I found that there was still an apartment available in that building which was not offered to us as a substitute for such poor customer service. The did offer us two options, elsewhere in London, no where where we wanted to be. Extremely disappointing experience with Sonder. Motif were very helpful in assisting us to find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our 5 day stay in London.

Great location, large, modern and clean apartment in a great location. It is perfect for families, plenty of space for all.
We woul definitely stay here again. You’re close to many attractions and the tube is a short walk away.

Excellent stay. Very clean and spacious (3-bd)! Check in instructions clear. Walking distance to trafalgar/london eye/covent garden/buckingham palace, and very close to bus stops that service most popular areas of london (bus 88 to Piccadilly/regent st., 148 to marble arch). Restaurants/pubs/excellent fish n chips in the immediate area. Shopping very close by too. Our only complaint is the heating/ac system had a mind of its own.

Very clean, tons of space. Beds and pillows were comfy. Good water pressure. Washer/dryer combo was a plus. I felt like I could live there. Precious views overlooking quaint courtyard. Property manager and her team were super helpful and responded to my texts right away. Walking distance to a small grocery store and several restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great apartment, large, well appointed, clean and beautiful. Fully fitted kitchen. Felt like a top end hotel minus the human interaction. Everything was coordinated through the Sonders app. Convenient location, minutes walk from QEII Conference Centre and many major tourist attractions around Westminster. Close to bus stops and underground stations.

It was a wonderful location - just a block south of Westminster Abbey and a block west of Parliament (aka Palace of Westminster). Our apartment was quiet, and the master bedroom had a delightful view of Westminster Abbey and Parliament's Victoria Tower. A five minute walk to St. James Park tube station and a ten minute walk to Westminster tube station and the Westminster pier for the Thames "River Bus." It seemed like a very safe and quiet area - never had a problem walking around in the evening. We would definitely stay there again.

Really we loved this property by it’s location, cleanliness, Spacious , well equipped.
