Pros:

D'après les informations sur la chambre au moment de la réservation lors de la consultation , la chambre fait 25m2, mais la chambre qui nous a été attribuée est petite (environ 18m2) par rapport au chiffre annoncé. Le réceptionniste nous a rétorqué 'allez vous mesurer les dimensions de la chambre' après notre réflexion...
Soit il s'agit d'une mauvaise attribution de la chambre soit il s'agit d'une publicité mensongère, mais comme le site Hôtels.Com n'a pas mentionné les détails de la chambre, c'est impossible pour faire valoir ce que de droit. La chambre est tellement petite qu'il n' y a pas une 'petite armoire' pour mettre les vêtements....Bref nous nous sentons arnaqués, pour la suite ce sera 'plus jamais les pieds' dans cet établissement.
Faites des copies d'écran au moment de la réservation des chambres d'hôtel, c'est ce que nous allons le faire à partir de ce jour...
