Le personnel très accueillant et disponible y compris au restaurant. La qualité du restaurant et la décoration

Cons:

Pour un hôtel de ce standing, le SPA n'est pas à la hauteur. En dehors du jacuzzi atypique avec une très belle vue, les autres équipements sont décevant. Aucun espace pour déposer les serviettes mouillées, pas d'espace détente avec eau à disposition.

Pros:

Amazing view, great restaurante, great location where you can walk to shops, restaurants, castle and sanctuary/grotto. Staff tried hard to please and make you feel welcome.

Cons:

Could have cleaner spa and better deco, we had some miscoordinations with room cleaners but evidently it's our inadequate french and nothing serious.
