Un havre de calme et de luxe au centre de Lourdes.
Pros:

L'emplacement au centre ville avec vue directe et proche sur le Gave de Pau et une cascade, la suite était bien spacieuse avec vue sur le gave et coucher du soleil. Une belle décoration avec un accueil attentif. Une belle piscine intérieure et un long bassin chaud en extérieur. Excellente qualité du restaurant gastro pour un prix normal.

Hotel is well worn.

Location to the Sanctuary was good.

Cons:

Our room had a sewer smell in the bathroom. The manager took us to our room and did not mention it. We opened the window hoping it would go away. When came back after the procession, the bed was turned down and room had been closed up and it smelled horrible. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk about changing rooms. The young girl spoke poor English and had been on the job 2 days and was poorly trained to deal with problems. I finally got her to call the manager at home. We got into a new room at 12:30. Much smaller room for the same price.

Fantástica escapada en Lourdes
Pros:

Las instalaciones, el spa y el desayuno. En pleno centro de Lourdes, muy cómodo. La piscina exterior increíble. La habitación genial.

Cons:

En el spa interior pondría unos chorros y también eché en falta una sauna.

a localizaçao é excelente, muito perto do santuario, e pode fazer toda a visita de Lourdes a pé
o estacionamento e muito conveniente
os quartos sao pequenos, mas confortaveis, mas pouco isolamento, pois se ouve tudo no ander de cima, principalmente pelo piso

o café da manhá e muito fraco para um hotel de 5 estrelas: pouca variedade, mal organizado, pouca reposiçao, poucos funcionarios, comida fria
café da manha que termina as 10am, que para quem esta de ferias é muito cedo, e ainda por cima as 09.50h nem deixam entrar mais ninguem

Very well located, 10 mins away from the sanctuary but just enough distance for a quiet stay.

Very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s an old historical building so the walls and ceiling are extremely thin. I could hear the upstairs neighbors and side walk and even snore. The snoring was rather funny 😄 but the most disturbing was the walk in the middle of the night, anytime. That was at times quite stressful and kept me from sleeping. But not the hotel’s fault, this is just an old heritage built.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. English TV channels available

The view from our room. thought we had booked a room with view of river but got very poor view. Hotel wasn’t busy at all. If better rooms were allocated, this would lead to greater customer satisfaction and overall enjoyment
