Exellent séjour.
Pros:

Emplacement dans Lourdes, belle chambre, très beau restaurant, très bon dîner, petit déjeuner classique sans plus pour un 5 étoiles, spa très agréable .
Parking appréciable.

Location was good. Fairly clean.

Cons:

The restaurant was awful in every respect. For a supposedely 5 star hotel it lacked basic amenities, specially for the suite we stayed in. Not worth the money paid.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Restaurant food and the bar were amazing, the waiter was very pleasant. The hotel itself and the bath / jacuzzi with the provided view are a must to experience

A healing stay for the soul
Pros:

this was the perfect location, right along the "footsteps of bernardette" path, so close to the main cathedral and steps away from the fortress with amazing views of the town. The staff was perfect, very friendly and helpful when we needed them. The view from our window was absolutely spectacular and exactly what we hopes for.

Cons:

Comparatively with the rest of the hotels in the area it is definitely a higher end experience however for 2025 it does need some upgrades to aesthetically match a luxury experiences in other parts of france
