A big deception
Pros:

Location was good. Fairly clean.

Cons:

The restaurant was awful in every respect. For a supposedely 5 star hotel it lacked basic amenities, specially for the suite we stayed in. Not worth the money paid.

Pros:

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Restaurant food and the bar were amazing, the waiter was very pleasant. The hotel itself and the bath / jacuzzi with the provided view are a must to experience

The Belfry is a comfortable hotel with extremely accommodating staff but it is not a Spa.
Pros:

I upgraded the room. The King was very small. The junior suite was spacious.
The restaurant food is superb but the service is slow - understaffed.

Cons:

Size and comfort of the chairs in the room and restaurant.

gelukkig was het een kort verblijf, want anders hadden we een ander hotel gezocht

het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

het hotel beantwoordt helemaal niet aan de normen van een 5 sterren hotel : inrichting meer dan gedateerd, het ontbijt was bijlange na niet mooi gepresenteerd, geen service aan tafel, geen tafelnappen, noch 's morgens noch 's avonds, de slaapkamer was basic, het linnen van het bed meer dan gewoon, de gang naar de slaapkamers in het zwart had meer dan 1 lek verf nodig, geen enkel element van een 5 sterren hotel was terug te vinden. Zeer teleurstellend !!!!

Sehr sauberes, nett eingerichtetes Hotel! Das Personal ist überaus zuvor kommend und der warme Aussenpool ein besonderes Extra.

Cons:

Struttura ormai obsoleta da ristrutturare completamente e secondo me non è assolutamente giusto che lo si definisca un 5 stelle perché non lo è. Il costo del soggiorno è esagerato rispetto a quanto viene offerto considerando che non c’è neanche più la sauna e il bagno turco ma solo la piscina e la vasca con l idro massaggio insomma sono rimasta delusa per la scelta che ho fatto.

A healing stay for the soul
Pros:

this was the perfect location, right along the "footsteps of bernardette" path, so close to the main cathedral and steps away from the fortress with amazing views of the town. The staff was perfect, very friendly and helpful when we needed them. The view from our window was absolutely spectacular and exactly what we hopes for.

Cons:

Comparatively with the rest of the hotels in the area it is definitely a higher end experience however for 2025 it does need some upgrades to aesthetically match a luxury experiences in other parts of france
