5 star experience but nicer view would have been appreciated

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. English TV channels available

Cons:

The view from our room. thought we had booked a room with view of river but got very poor view. Hotel wasn’t busy at all. If better rooms were allocated, this would lead to greater customer satisfaction and overall enjoyment

Lovely staff and stay overall, but the hotel would benefit from a few refinements to match its standards.
Pros:

The staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, which made a real difference to the stay. The location was excellent and very convenient, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The evening food was also delicious and a real highlight.

Cons:

The artificial grass in the lift and gym felt quite unusual and a little cheap for the standard of the hotel. There was also a noticeable scent throughout the property that seemed to be masked with diffusers, which was a bit overpowering. As the hotel is described as a spa, I expected facilities such as a jacuzzi. In the room, fresh milk or small touches like biscuits with tea would have elevated the experience. Breakfast could also be improved with a wider selection of fresh fruit and more hot options.

Exellent séjour.
Pros:

Emplacement dans Lourdes, belle chambre, très beau restaurant, très bon dîner, petit déjeuner classique sans plus pour un 5 étoiles, spa très agréable .
Parking appréciable.
