Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Die Lage vom Hotel ebenfalls. Die Klimaanlage war super angenehm.

Cons:

Teppich in Hotelzimmern sind sehr unhygienisch. Die Duschbrause war sehr verkalkt und es gab kaum Wasserdruck. Die Seifenschale in der Dusche war schon kaputt und hing herunter.

Pros:

Kühlschrank im Zimmer, gute Verdunklungsvorhänge,,gutes Frühstück, zentrale und ruhige Lage, schneller Check in and out,

Cons:

Gratis Parken am Wochenende nur wenn über Homepage gebucht wurde, wir waren zu 5 mit 3 Autos, das sind 60 €
Parkgebühren, sollte auch bei Buchungen über Booking gratis sein.
Die Getränke Preise auf der Hotel Terrasse sind nicht angemessen.6.90 € für ein grosses Bier, ist sehr teuer .Wir waren aus diesem Grund nur einmal für 1 Getränk dort konsumieren. Die Terrasse könnte liebevoller gestaltet werden

Gutes Hotel, wenn man bereit ist für die Lage etwas mehr zu zahlen.
Pros:

Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine ausreichende Größe. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Fahrräder können sicher umgestellt werden.

Cons:

Wir waren um 14:49 vor Ort und wollten einchecken. Ohne zu schauen, ob unser Zimmer vielleicht schon fertig ist, verwies man uns mit den Worten „Check in 15:00“. Die Balkone sind offen und einsichtig. Der Ausblick auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar.
Beim Personal am Empfang gibt es große Unterschiede. Von freundlich bis zu „ich entscheide wie dein Tag heute beginnt“. Fazit: Für unser Empfinden ein wenig überteuert.

Mit Abstrichen empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage am Kurpark war für uns sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer haben wir sehr sauber und gekühlt vorgefunden. Die (auf Wunsch) Auffüllung der Kaffeekapseln und insbesondere der Wasserspender waren bei Temperaturen um 40 Grad ebenfalls sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit und Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption könnten verbessert werden. Unser Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag nicht gemacht. Der Balkon, wir waren im ersten Stock, besitzt nur ein Gitter, jeder Passant konnte uns daher quasi ins Glas schauen, Privatsphäre gab es demnach keine. Ausstattung des Zimmers war neuwertig, aber mehr als preiswert, der Safe war ausgebaut.
