I would come back to Forest Villas!
Pros:

Yes, the hotel is on the old side but, the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool and hot tub was wonderful.

Charming and Relaxing
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay. The check in was easy. Bob at the front desk was always a pleasure to speak to. Beautiful property. Very relaxing with waterfalls and fountains. Clean rooms. All staff very friendly. Breakfast served extended hours. Good variety. The lobby is so inviting and nice to sit with friends. Beer and wine available for purchase. Definitely the place we will stay when returning!

This was not a good one

Cons:

Slow front desk... No sense of urgency. Many upset guests the day we stayed. The most expensive room they have was filthy. There was food under the furniture, not vacuumed well at all.The spa tub had debris and funk in it, I decided not to partake. Even the Velveteen pillows on the bed looked like someone had gotten sick on it. The garbage was full and stuffed under the kitchenette sink. There was water in the hand soap dispenser, not soap. The complimentary fruit was old and withering. There was no coffee at the coffee station in the room and there were only 2 decaf pods way back in a drawer. No sugar, sweetener or creamer that is usually there. If you want me to keep paying the higher price for this room, get the standards back to what they were a year ago and before that. Things have been left to the wayside for too long....DO BETTER

Beautiful, great location, incredible suite and overall lovely experience!
Pros:

The hotel is very pretty and unique. We felt like we were in Europe! The decor is lovely with huge plants, really nice tables and chairs, carpet and other decor that made it feel homey but also luxurious.

Cons:

The sound system is awful and desperately needs updating! Additionally, the staff were frequently overhead complaining about some aspect of their job. We totally get it but just think they should be aware that their guests can hear them.

Quiet respite for a summer camp commute
Pros:

We found the hotel to be very classy and and cozy. All of the staff members we interacted with were kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. We also love the stairs!

I wish I had been staying for the weekend, not just a night on business!
Pros:

This is a lovely property in a great location! The gentleman who checked me in was genuinely nice and very friendly. And while the hotel has a little "older" feel, it was really lovely, comfortable and very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Prescott!

Cons:

I didn't get to stay long enough! This was a very quick business trip. I checked in late, then checked out super early. When I saw my cute little deck looking at the ivy covered walls and bouganvellia blossoms, I was sad I couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast out on my deck! I can't wait to come back.

Consistently Excellent Stay in Prescott

I've stayed at Forest Villas in Prescott for business, and have always had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone I encountered made me feel valued as a guest.

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall charm of the property, which feels much more personal than a typical chain hotel.

The location is also excellent—close enough to enjoy everything Prescott has to offer while still providing a peaceful retreat. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I would highly recommend Forest Villas. I'll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Prescott.
