Overall, our stay was OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Pros:

The hotel was very charming and have an old world atmosphere.

Cons:

The bed and furniture in the room we’re not very comfortable. The mattress was very soft.

Great bargain, friendly people, our new anniversary spot.
Pros:

We upgraded to get a room with a jetted tube which ended up being totally worth it. Bed was very comfy, breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were super friendly

Cons:

They had a hot tub but it was not open due to being seasonal. Understood given the time of year and not the hotl's problem. Hence our upgrade to the jetted tub

The breakfast was good. Rooms were of decent size and no complaints about the bed

Cons:

They took my card details during checkin saying its for incidentals. But charged for stay again even through the booking was fully paid through booking.com. When I asked they credited charge but added another charge thats almost as high as the cost of stay. No explanation of the change and unable to get proper response for more that 4 weeks now. Now they denied that there was any duplicate charge which I clearly see on my credit card. I have raised billing dispute through my credit card. Stay away from this play if you want to have peaceful vacation and avoid billing headache.

Excellent breakfast and not to far to downtown Prescott.

Cons:

Having raised toilets. Bring elderly it would be nice to have raised toilets.

Pros:

Breakfast is wonderful. Everything is fresh and replaced when empty. The highway is a bit loud at certain times. Closing the curtains helps a lot. Otherwise, the location is amazing.

Cons:

I noted online that the pool closed on October 1st, so I did not bring my bathing suit.
