Cute hotel
Pros:

Really cute property nice ambiance. The room had a fire place and a jacuzzi tub

Cons:

The room had a jacuzzi tub but the water pressure was low so it took forever to fill and then the jets did not work. That was disappointing.

Really like this hotel we stay here at least 3 to 4 times a year.

Cons:

Walls between rooms are thin and could hear snoring in next room. Refrigerator sound like water was running somewhere. Off and on all night.

We really enjoyed our stay here; We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Prescott.
Pros:

The staff was nice, the location was convenient, and the pool was heated. The lobby was very nice and relaxing. Our grandkids really enjoyed the heated pool.

Cons:

When we went down to get breakfast some of the containers were empty and it took a while to refill them.

I'll be back. My sister lives in Prescott, we'll be over just to have a glass of wine.
Pros:

loved the front grassy area with the white wrought iron tables and the greenery and roses. also it was pretty breezy out but when in the pool area being secluded with all the greenery made pool time/jacuzzi time great.

Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant lobby/common area and good breakfast. Only gripe was having to pay $25 for early check in. If our room was ready not sure why we couldn’t just check in without an extra fee.

Unless there are further updates to the hotel I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The beautiful lobby area, the water/tea bar with cookies in the evening, the large and updated bathroom. The outside garden areas and patio were very nice.

Cons:

The carpet and furnishings in the room are very tired and need replacement. The road side room we had was very noisy, luckily traffic died down around 10pm so we could sleep. There was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was very disappointing, hardly worth the effort. No hot eggs, no fruit.

Be CAREFUL when booking !! Bad experience with fraud charges
Pros:

When we checked in here we had a 30 min wait for a room after the 3pm check in time. When we got into the room it was dirty, and we had requested a new room. When we checked out we took a long video of the room how we left it since we were traveling with a dog in case they tried to say there were any issues with it. A few hours after check out they charged my card $218 when we called to ask why since we left it in great condition and very clean they said that smoking occurred in the room during our stay. Neither me nor my partner smoked at all during the stay. I would be very careful when choosing to stay here.

Pros:

The bed was not comfortable at all. I was told we had a room with a couch in a king suite. No couch was available as promised. The room was the furthest away from the elevator and the noise from outside kept us up both nights.
The food was mediocre at best. No Yougart was available...which was always there on past visits.
We have stayed there numerous times and this is the worst of them all. Normally we are very pleased. Sadly, not this time!
