Pros:

I loved the hotel presentation and staff were helpful and accommodating. My room was perfect and breakfast was great. The Garden was delightful and I was able to spend time just enjoying the weather and Gods presence. Very thankful

I love this place and will stay again! Love Bob at the front desk-he is so informative. This is my spot when I visit!
Pros:

The pool is open in October!!
Location, ambience, breakfast. I love the open wonderful area at the main entrance.

Cons:

They should not allow any cats!!! It had a horrible cat Oder and the hall carpets looked like they needed a good vacuum!

Pros:

Loved the atmosphere it was so inviting and cozy. The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The breakfast was great ands having the drink station open all day was great.

Since the room wasn’t clean it tainted the entire stay.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. And the location and price were good.

Cons:

The rooms had not been cleaned. The bed as were crumpled, though straightened as if made, the soap in the soap dish had been used as had the shampoo/conditioner pkts. There was pieces of garbage on the floor and fingerprints on the entry way mirror. All in all the condition was very bad.

Perfect place for a restful getaway.
Pros:

This property was comfortable and perfect for the respite we needed! Loved the lobby, the music in the lobby, the cozy fires outside, fireplace inside. The grounds had many choices for R n R! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast great!

Cons:

There could have been one more comfortable chair in our room. More comfortable chairs on the balcony.

Really lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay, would recommend

Lovely lobby, nice area to sit in
Outside fire pits, nice pool area. Rooms have a small balcony, kept very clean.

Cons:

The way the I presume reception manager? Spoke to another member of staff (Becky maybe)? behind the reception. She had a talking to her in front of guests because she was getting something out the kitchen area, she was very rude to her because she had left reception area. Yet other staff had done this and nothing was said. I also heard her ask another member of staff where she was previous to that. Plain bullying

Excellent Place to Stay
Pros:

Staff was exceptional. Was helped with everything I needed. Bob who worked the front desk was very personable and when we asked for directions he was very easy to understand and accurate. The General Manager was very kind and helpful also. They go out of their was to make everything right

It was good
Pros:

Great staff, especially the breakfast staff!!

Cons:

We specifically asked for a room refresh, even letting staff know at front desk to double check that and was confirmed it would be, came to room still un-made. I understand that it was a holiday weekend tho.
