Cons:

Laut Angaben hat das Hotel bis 00:00 check in… als wir um 22:30 ankamen, war das Hotel zu und niemand war erreichbar!! Wenn wir nicht zufällig im Hotel nebenan noch ein Zimmer bekommen hätten, hätten wir wohl auf der Straße übernachtet!!!
Die Nachricht über einen online check-in kam leider erst nach Aufrufen der Nachrichten an und somit wertlos. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eine absolute Schande.

Great Food, Excellent Service.
Pros:

We visited The Torfin for dinner one evening while staying in the area and had a lovely evening. We hadn’t booked in advance, but fortunately there was a table available for us.
The service was excellent, and our waitress, Tamsin, was particularly lovely and friendly. Our food arrived promptly and was very good. My husband really enjoyed the sea bass, while I had the vegan fish sandwich, which was a great option.
The decor was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it a really enjoyable evening. We walked from our accommodation, so I’m not sure about the parking arrangements, but everything else was perfect for a pleasant dinner. We would happily visit again!

Excellent Food, close to airport hotels.
Pros:

We had dinner here our last night in Edinburgh. We were looking for a good meal outside the airport area. Quick 10 minute taxi from our airport hotel. I also found out a cheaper way from the airport was to take the 100 bus.
Food was fantastic, best Fish & Chips we had while in Scotland. Reasonably priced. Check out their daily specials. Dog friendly, with a SPECIAL DOG MENU !! The front patio would have been perfect to spend a warm evening.
The atmosphere inside was comfortable and updated.
Too bad I hadn’t seen this hotel while planning our trip, we would have stayed here.

The location is outside the toursim centre of Isle of Skye, but the most charming one !
Pros:

It's a very nice place to stay, calm and relax, The rooms are very tasteful and cozy to see outside the cliffs with a very nice view. The breakfast is very fresh and best of Scotland and thanks to Graham.

The loveliest stay!
Pros:

The Torfin staff went above and beyond to make our stay personal . Staying over the bank holiday weekend alongside the marathon and an anniversary, the staff were always so attentive and wholesome. I really appreciated all they did to make our stay comfortable. I’ll miss the shower forever!
Thank you to all at the Torfin! A gem of a place to stay.

The location was close to everything we needed and a bus stop right outside with

Cons:

The bed was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept in, very little sleep for me and my husband and would only choose not to go back there for this reason, but everything else was exceptional, the food was great the staff were so helpful and friendly, shame that 1 thing was an issue
