The location was close to everything we needed and a bus stop right outside with

The bed was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept in, very little sleep for me and my husband and would only choose not to go back there for this reason, but everything else was exceptional, the food was great the staff were so helpful and friendly, shame that 1 thing was an issue

Amazing little hotel.
Pros:

The room was cozy and immaculately clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very kind and allowed us to check in 45 minutes early. Location was great with a multiple buses into the city centre and the zoo within a 15 minute walk.

The room was welcoming and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom was modern and the rain shower (which I usually don’t like) was fabulous! As our stay here was at the end of our Scotland trip, we were pretty exhausted, and really appreciated the pub/restaurant just downstairs that served great food and had friendly staff. And in the AM, we walked to the AirPort Express bus stop (7 min walk toting luggage) and were at the airport within 15 minutes.

Cons:

I really enjoyed our overnight stay here.

Pros:

Emma was our host to check in, and our waitress in the restaurant. A lovely young woman, very polite and helpful.
The room was very clean and decent size. Hotel right on main road from Airport to Downtown making it very convenient to access and then go a bus into town.
Restaurant for was decent and a good value.
Met the owner when we checked out, and kind man with travel tips for our next destination.
We'd certainly stay again if coming back to Edinburgh.

Pros:

Rooms were great. Staff were great. Pub/restaurant downstairs was great. Food was tasty. Only issue is that the room was quite warm. It was a battle between a hot room (can’t sleep) and road noise with the window open (can’t sleep).

Pas de vraie réception, pas d’ascenseur et un accès par un escalier de service
Pas de vue (fenêtre opaque) et en ouvrant la fenêtre : la vue sur un toit terrasse couvert de bitume et jonché d’une palette
Une faible insonorisation
Une douche pluie qui oblige à se laver le cheveux
VMC et aération défaillante
Pas de petit déjeuner possible avant 10h00

Pros:

The room was fantastic for what we paid. It's small, but it was big enough for all our needs for a quick stay. The bed was so comfortable, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating when we needed to check in early and leave our luggage to attend a wedding.

Struttura vicina all’aeroporto di Edimburgo con parcheggio gratuito.

Cons:

Camera seppur ben arredata, molto sporca, il wc non era stato pulito per cui presentava ancora residui organici degli ospiti precedenti, stesso discorso per il lavandino. Lenzuola macchiate e copriletto che,con alta probabilità, aveva già riscaldato la notte degli ospiti precedenti. camera poco insonorizzata. Odore forte di muffa nel corridoio comune. Non torneremo.
