良かったです
Pros:

となりの部屋とかの雑音が一切聞こえなくでよかった

Cons:

電気ポットはおいてあったけど
ティーバッグやコーヒーなど部屋においてあればよかった
洗面台の水が飲料水でも大丈夫といえことだったけど冷蔵庫に常備してあると良かった

Would definitely recommend to friends and family .
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful seafood was fresh and delicious . They served Japanese and western food and enjoyed both. A wide variety and many good choices.
The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and called a taxi for us when at departure . Would stay again .
Subway station was about not too far to walk .

朝食が最高‼︎
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクがドリンクバーみたいに飲み放題で良かった
部屋も綺麗でベットのエアウェーブはかなり良かった

Cons:

テレビにBluetoothやWi-Fi接続が出来たら良かった
日頃からテレビはほぼ見ないでYouTubeなどしか見ないので滞在期間中、携帯を見続けるしかなくて疲れた

Helped us to arrange a private guided tour in very affordable cost

Cons:

The standard room for two is too small without a reasonable room for two luggage .it is designed for domestic travel with small trolly . We had to change the room to bigger one with additional cost .

房間很乾淨，備品也都可以免費拿，品相很多。早餐真的很好吃，生干貝，鮭魚，湯咖哩，拉麵，成吉思汗烤肉，螃蟹都有，連吃5天超級開心

果然是出了名的早餐，鮭魚子.生魚片.干貝…真的讓我這個愛睡覺的人願意爬起來吃飯！浴場環境也很好，泡完澡還有冰棒吃好幸福🥰

Its disappointed when comparing to another hotel which i just paid 50% less the price than Vessel.

This was my 2nd hotel i yook at Hokkaido. Comparing to the other one, would suggest below to imptove the ovetall services. First is the TV. How can it is not a Smart TV for guests linking his mobile to the TV. Second, I am with my wife that the room size is not able to open two 21" luggages the same time. Third, location is far from Sapporo JR station. Last one, space for breakfast is too small that is crowded of guests closed to each others and between the bench for foods. And why still have to submit paper ticket instead just the room card. Lastly, the reception rejected my wife go into for breqkfast first and have yo wait for me together. How can a family all members be going to have breakfast the same time just wake up??!!!!!! It cannot be said as enjoying breakfast but hurry for complwting the breakfast. In another hotels, is relaxing while having breakfast but not the case at Vessel.
