门口停车位现场不给用，网上也没有说要预定酒店的时候要预约，停车要去其他地方，酒店不含早餐，但是提供付费早操，问前台有早餐吗？我不知道他是觉得晚上22点我在问早操还是问第二天的早餐，和我说关闭了，我可以付费吃早餐。但是第二天早上我去1楼餐厅看到可以吃早餐，并没有关闭，你不包含早餐，我不能问我收费吗？我需要吃早餐这是我的目的。你说关闭干嘛。还有客户英语不好不能翻译让客人听懂吗，服务呢。我问了2次早餐都和我说关闭了，我说明天的早餐有吗他说关闭了。
