Excellent Service, Convenient Location
Pros:

I had a very enjoyable stay at **Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre**, and I would especially like to thank the lady at the Front Desk who assisted me with check-in at around **2:00 PM on 27 July 2026**. My room was **4102**.

Her service was professional, warm, and exceptionally thoughtful. During check-in, I mentioned that I needed to visit a **Visa Center the following day**, and she kindly arranged a **late check-out** for me. This small gesture made my schedule much easier and was greatly appreciated.

She also took the time to show me and compare different room types so that I could better understand the hotel. In the end, she arranged a beautiful **corner room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows**. The room offered an excellent panoramic view of Dubai’s skyline and several well-known landmarks, making the stay especially relaxing and memorable.

While the check-in arrangements were being completed, she also introduced me to **Bull & Bear** and the hotel’s **cigar lounge**, which helped me become more familiar with the property and its facilities.

These thoughtful details and personalized service made the stay one of the highlights of my long-distance business trip. The excellent service provided by the hotel team left a very positive impression on me, and I would be very happy to return to Waldorf Astoria DIFC on a future visit to Dubai.
