Location was ideal. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

This hotel is in serious need of refurbishments. I stay often in Courtyard properties for work travel and this is, by far, the most disappointing one I’ve ever been to.
The bathroom had what appeared to be mold on the ceiling, there were weird brown stains on a lot of the trim around the bathroom and closet doors and there were splattered stains on the walls. The bed was clean, but the pillows were terrible (very lumpy). All of the outlets were standard (there was no USB in sight) - which shows how outdated the rooms are.
The attendants at the front desk were kind enough, the one at checkout this morning was a bit strange, wearing a stained sweatshirt, and didn’t bother asking how my stay was, but it was early.
Overall, while the location is central, there is no other reason to pay the cost the property requires for such unkept rooms. I suggest going somewhere else.

Hello stayed at this location back in May great location, the staff was amazing room nice and clean would definitely stay here again.

The staff looked like they hated their job. Nobody was rude, but when we asked why the pool was closed — and it was indeed closed — nobody even said sorry or apologized. There was definitely no welcoming smile.

The windows were covered with plastic because the building was being painted, so there was no view at all. The windows did not open. The air conditioner had only two modes: working or completely off, and the temperature could not be adjusted.

There were small pieces of plaster on the stairs and in the hallway.

Also, breakfast was paid, although the website said it was free.

I stayed here for 3 nights in March 2026 and unfortunately I was not at all impressed with the facility. I should say however, that the staff here were tremendously friendly and accommodating and really tried to fix the issues they could. The facility and staffing just aren't well enough supported. The light over the sink in my room and my TV both didn't work when I checked in (both were fixed the next day at my request) and there were packages of plastic silverware and toothbrushes left in the drawers from a previous guest (and open packets of coffee sugar etc also left out). I ate at the lobby restaurant 3 times and each time they didn't have multiple items on the menu and/or the previous shift hadn't done the prep needed leading to extended wait times for my food (which when it arrived was quite good however). The water dispenser in the work out room didn't work either. Although I appreciated the staff attempts to remedy what they could, I will not be staying here again.

There were plenty of shops within a short distance

The only con I have is that we booked 2 rooms with 1 king bed and 1 double pull out couch. They only had King beds and a chair. Not the best situation but it could have been worse I guess.

From the minute we walked in the door from the early check in to the friendly staff the stay exceeded out expectations .

Staff, EXCELLENT..friendly, efficient, very concerned that I was taken care off. Fun to interact with them

Semi clean. Lamps & coffee maker needs dusting.
