We have stayed here for the past 4 years when we come for the Salem Super Cruise and it has always been outstanding!
I wouldn't mind a few more protein options for breakfast.

Need better pillows
I loved that the rooms were on first floor and they were very quiet and the beds and pillows were very comfortable and location of hotel was great.
I didnt like the parking situation and also the free breakfast was very disappointing. My mother and I went out to get breakfast. It was only 830 am breakfast room opened at 7. There were 2 bagels, 1 pastry only one kind of milk for cereal. There was a little bit of a smell in the hallway.
Breakfast at 8:45 was only 1 cup of coffee available. Milk was warm. Hostess at desk was busy with customers, so didn’t say anything.
My husband and I both drink coffee, so more coffee available. Also I like chilled milk.
It was okay for an overnight, room was a bit small.
When we went to get breakfast there was not much to pick from and the coffee was lukewarm I had to warm it in the microwave. We went to the adjoing restaurant and my fish sandwich was over fried.
Conveniently located, nice staff but not over the top was the service. Clean
There was NO HEAT. And apparently they knew there was no heat. This was something that I would have not stayed if I knew there was no HVAC capabilities on a night that was in the 30s
We read reviews and it was exactly what I expected. Clean and basic amenities. Good for a night. It was great to have Boneshakers attached to the hotel, they had great food!
Hotel coffee in the morning was decent, we are not bagel or cereal people so we did not eat the continental breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable, bed was ok, breakfast was ok although coffee was bitter. Even with the less than ideal items, I would certainly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.
