Please note that the entire hotel including rooms is a nonsmoking property.
If you book 5 or more rooms this will be classed as a group. The hotel will contact you directly as a deposit schedule will be issued to you to pre pay for your group prior to arrival.
A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be requested at check-in for incidental charges for all rooms.
Guests using credit cards will have their card pre -authorized for the full amount, and the balance ( if any) will be released upon check-out.
Guests paying by debit cards will be charged upfront for the full amount, and the balance (if any) will be reimbursed in cash upon check-out.

A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.
A valid Credit Card required on all room reservations. whereby a pre authorization shall be required or payment on arrival.
If no Credit Card is available, we shall also require a refundable cash deposit for security on arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was amazing and room was very spacious and comfortable.
Initially we couldn't find a parking space despite booking saying one was included. Upon arrival I asked some information about this and was told despite being a hotel resident and booking having a space included that if there was no spaces to park around the town and come back - not ideal.
