Sehr schön und gute Lage
Pros:

Alles super sauber. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Shinkansenbahnhof (Shinagawa Station)
Frühstück war ganz hervorragend, extra Club - Lounge Bereich mit Blick auf den schönen Garten mit Teich. Toller Kaffeeautomat alle Kaffeesorten und sogar to go Becher. Essenauswahl super vielseitig. Panecakemaschine war lustig.
Service super freundlich und aufmerksam. Mehrere Restaurants zum Abendessen top aber teuer.

The hotel was dirty, outdated,bugs in our room and the walls were dirty. It was also dusty in the rooms as well.

If you can get it cheap, then it’s fine.
Pros:

View of Tokyo tower from our room was great, and the location was good for accessing Shinjuku station. Comfy pillows as well.

Cons:

The pool was way too overpriced (3,000-5,000 yen per person), there wasn’t even any available chairs once we’d paid. The sky pool was also quite small and shallow for how expensive it is. I’ve never stayed somewhere before where you need to pay to use their pool.

The rooms felt pretty old and in need of refurbishment.
