The staff are nice

Cons:

The room, on the third floor on the bamboo garden side, is extremely dark. The bamboo/trees block all natural sunlight. On top of that, the lighting is severely inadequate, with some of them not working at all. The general decor needs updating.

Would not stay there again
Pros:

Entrance was very grand, with lots of seating. Was good to have a 7/11 . Also there was a Tully's on site

Cons:

Room was very shabby, carpet fraying in doorways, mold and edge of bath, no pj left on first night.
We wanted an extra night , and when we paid we ended up having to pay extra tax even though we had paid it through yourself
