A truly fabulous Japanese experience.

Wonderful property. A little way from sights but that did not matter as such an amazing hotel.

La habitación es muy amplia y con buenas vistas

Cons:

Es un hotel para convenciones y gente de negocios, NO para turismo, sobretodo por la ubicación. Las habitaciones son antiguas, el papel de la pared se cae, el baño antiguo y amarillento, la moqueta con polvo. Tuvimos suerte y conseguimos una habitación un poco mejor, pero no lo recomiendo para turistas y menos si sois una pareja joven.

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel walking distance to station

Walking distance to Shinagawa station, shuttle bus was provided, beds are very comfortable, beautiful bathroom, very clean, daily room cleaning provided

Pros:

Friendly and polite staff. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. In 5 minute walking distance to 2 different metro / train stations. We’ve enjoyed our stay here a lot.

A lovely neighbourhood and hotel.
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The hotel is lovely as are it's surrounding gardens. In the basement of the hotel was a 7 Eleven which was very convenient and a Tully's coffee store on ground level.
The Shinagawa station was a short 10min walk away that had options of restaurants and bakeries. It is a little bit a of "hike uphill" but manageable when returning from the station.

Cons:

We were pleased with everything.
