Beautiful place and spacious room
Nice
We got Club access, and that was great for breakfast (and drinks in the afternoon/evening). Loved this hotel for our first visit to Japan. Easy access to the Shinagawa Station, beautiful Japanese garden, and even a 7-11 downstairs. The hotel staff were all so nice!
This hotel is dirty, It’s a shame because the exterior is beautiful and it’s close to the train station. The carpet was dirty and the room look dated but even that is ok. I had to give it a 1 star because a roach crawled out of the drain as I was taking a shower. It was huge and disgusting!!! Japan in general is such a clean country so I was really taken back by this.
Great experience
Clean big rooms the staff very helpful
Room was clean with a lovely view from the 10th floor.
The pool was closed seasonally, the sauna cost extra, and guests with tattoos weren’t allowed in. The restaurant near the checkout area was overpriced for pretty average food. The “gym” is two treadmills.
The smell of the first room reeked of bad cologne or perfume. Staff was nice enough to move us quickly. The room was very dated and carpets not that clean. Would expect more from a Prince hotel product. Key thing to note is that this hotel is at the top of a hill, something to consider when traveling with children or elders. Close to the Shinagawa train station but all uphill
rooms are old comparing to near by prince hotels
Walls was dirty but hotel clean.
My favorite hotel in Shinagawa
Great location. Easy access to the Shenagawa Station.
Hotel was very comfortable and well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful
The hotel was really nice and clean and had lots of food and bar options. Would recommend the hotel but Shinagawa is a little out of the way for what we wanted to do. The train station is only a short walk away however
Great service provided by hotel staff, big, clean rooms and convenience store right downstairs. Overall a great experience!
Wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. This is my default hotel when in Shinagawa
Great
Very nice clean and friendly staff. Mosquitos.
This so-called five-star hotel is far from meeting the standard it claims. When we arrived and when we checked out, there wasn’t even a doorman or concierge at the entrance. We were traveling with three large suitcases and a companion who is nearly seven months pregnant, yet no staff member offered any assistance. Even when we asked for help, the attitude we received was reluctant and unwelcoming.
For a hotel that accommodates so many international guests, the staff’s lack of English is unacceptable. On two occasions, I encountered employees who did not speak a word of English, and my requests had to be passed on to others. But even the staff they handed me over to struggled to communicate.
As for the room, the facilities were old and outdated, nothing like what you would expect from a real five-star hotel. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the level of other five-star hotels I have stayed at.
We chose this hotel because location is quiet and near train station. The lobby is expansive! There's a 7 eleven in the basement!! Bedroom size is adequate meaning, western standard, not cramp! Housekeeping daily, white, white, crisp sheets, fluffy towels and night gowns so comfy to wear!
The staff is very nice and really trying to help but doesn’t know English at all..
The property is very nice, the lobby is nice and big and comfortable and the Japanese garden is amazing.
One very big problem was the beds, so uncomfortable!!! Couldn’t sleep at night and woke up with a back pain. Very extra hard mattress.
