we had a pleasant stay for a weekend. Location is great, room is clean and very friendly staff.Loved it
Hotel Raphaël is a true gem in the Eternal City. The location and accommodations are exceptional, but the staff go out of their way to ensure your visit is perfect. Worth a trip to Rome to experience this.
We love to come back soon, allways such a nice wellcome. Good service, wonderful breakfast, good restaurant. Gorgeous rooftop terrasse
Excellent service, warm caring staff who put guests first and are attentive to detail. The location is super, the accommodations beautiful.
The hotel is exceptional in every way, starting with the very friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful rooms, the tasty breakfast with live harp music, the rooftop terrace, where we witnessed the spectacular New Year’s fireworks all around Rome, and of course the great location.
I have now stayed three times at this hotel, and would unreservedly recommend it.
This hotel made us feel welcomed and wanted. The staff is extremely attentive to our needs, and even noticed I was having a birthday. The rooms were very comfortable, the lobby was welcoming for a drink, and the rooftop bar was fabulous.
This is a gorgeous hotel next to the Piazza Navona. We stayed one night prior to the cruise. The hotel staff was very nice and efficient. Prior to our going they were very quick responding to our e mails. The piazza is just next door a block or so the boutiques are near by we had a wonderful time. Their restaurants are vegan/vegetarian and are great.
This spectacular hotel was lovely all-around: great staff, well-thought and beautiful room, bountiful breakfast, charming little neighborhood and great location near Pantheon and many other major sites.
We spent 3 glorious days at Bio Raphael in September. The hotel was absolutely fabulous in every way. We stayed in a Richard Meir corner suite. The room was so comfortable and well-appointed. The service was spectacular. Everyone went so out of their way for us. Mariana and Paloma at the front desk were so generous with their time. They made our stay even more exceptional, offering great recommendations for dining and shopping. As far as the hotel goes, we loved the attention to detail and the clear dedication to the happiness of their guests. The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants and sites yet tucked away in a quiet lane. We can’t wait to return!
Wonderful hotel with the best vegetarian meal ever. Matre Terrae lives upto its reputation. But what sets this hotel apart is the warmth of the staff. Each and every one was welcoming, warm and extremely helpful. It was the perfect welcome to Rome!
Great hotel in a great location.
Great
Hotel is in a great location and easy walk to all the star locations, including 25 walk to Vatican. Breakfast is wonderful with a harpist playing. Delicious food but vegetarian. Wonderful rooftop bar. A bit pricy for our stay but not much more than other places so delta was small. Staff was wonderful.
This hotel has an unbeatable location, tucked away in a small street only a few steps from the famous Piazza Navona with many shops and cosy restaurants in the surrounding area. And although it's in the centre of all the hustle and bustle, the Raphael is a haven of peace. All we could hear on our terrace were the screeches of the birds at sunset, looking out over the Eternal City.
Our suite was lovely, with a large comfortable bed and a beautiful hardwood floor.
The lady playing the harp was a serene accompaniment to breakfast every morning; breakfast itself consisted of high-quality organic vegetarian dishes, with eggs and pancakes freshly prepared to order.
Our appreciation goes to the amazing staff and the warm welcome extended, with a special thank you to Mariana. Our stay was memorable.
The room was a bit small but well appointed. The bath luxurious and the amenities very nice. The welcoming staff was helpful and efficient friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.
The art in this hotel is amazing.
And the rooftop bar view was spectacular.
Breakfast was best of all with a harp player an a wonderful variety of foods beautifully presented.
It was all I was hoping for. As far as walking to Trevi Spanish steps and pantheon all very close, but enough off the path to be secluded a bit.
Staff was amazing, Harp player at breakfast was wonderful. And the food choices was so good!
Great location near Piazza Navonna. The staff are outstanding. Wonderful breakfast.
Ravello was a great venue off the beaten path. Amazing views.
Our stay at the hotel was almost perfect, except for an incident at the TV room where a single individual was speaking loud in his i-phone for one hour and turned the volume of the TV off while I was watching a program. I complained at the reception but no action was taken. Only after the said individual left, someone came and offered to turn on the volume, but it was too late. The program I was interested in had ended half an hour earlier.
The ambience at breakfast time with the harp player was especially pleasant and even quite relaxing. Both artists were real professional and their repertory was excellent. Congratulations to them.
We loved this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book it again when we return to Rome. The location is perfect for sightseeing and we particularly loved the little streets around the hotel for drinks and dinner during the evenings. The interiors are beautiful - including all the art. The rooms are spectacular and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. Breakfast is delicious - and again, in a stunning room (with harpist - so lovely!). We came to Rome to celebrate a special wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room and we were welcomed with a bottle of fizz - such a lovely surprise. The rooftop bar is incredible (and familiar to anyone who watched One Day!) and we enjoyed drinks up here on two of our three nights. We will be back - thank you again for a wonderful and memorable stay. Worth every penny.
