The breakfast was excellent , good variety of food ,the ambience was great
Beautiful hotel, very Italian! Garden top restaurant and even coffee during the day were much needed after sight seeing and incredible view. The room we started in was not to our standard as we need a balcony/more space but perfect if you are out all day. We got an upgrade and it couldn’t have been better. Enormous wrap around balcony, spa bath, huge. They even had someone playing the harp every morning during breakfast. Breakfast was exceptionally good and all the staff were so helpful with us both being gluten intolerance. They also helped with booking taxis, luggage; transfer of rooms - definitely looked after
A staff member walked into our room to bring water in at 9.20pm - I asked her to leave as I was in the shower and she didn’t at first and then spoke back.
As well I left my jacket at the door of the room as we checked out and it was not found despite telling them within minutes.

It’s a small thing but the arrangements of the tables for breakfast meant that we had to squeeze by other diners. Fine for us but not for them.

Highly recommend. Everything was perfect! Staff,location and service was excellent.
L'emplacement était très bien, le roof top était fantastique, le personnel était très gentil, la suite était spacieuse. Services de thé, café à volonté, bouteille d'eau aussi. Accueil avec bouteille de vin, fruits et mignardises salées et sucrées très bien venues. Literie très bonne. Chambre fraiche sans clim malgré les plus de 30 degrés dehors.
Du bruit venait de l'extérieur, peut-être un moteur de climatisation, et le 1er soir nous avons eu bcp de bruit venant de l'extérieur. Nous étions au 4ème étage, nous avons hésité à demander un changement de chambre, mais nous n'étions pas certains qu'il y avait des chambres sur cours. La suite deluxe avait un décor classique (bien) mais qui demanderait à être rénové. Idem pour la salle de bain. La suite n'était pas lumineuse, nous devions allumer les lumières en plein jour et plein soleil (regret).
