Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. Lovely art work and furniture. Exceptionally clean. The staff was not only very helpful, they made us feel at home. Truly amazing customer service. Great breakfast and the location is excellent. Walkable to many sites and near public transportation. The area was safe and beautiful, near many restaurants and bars. I would definitely return if I visit Rome in the future.

Staff are amazing and super accomodating. Boutique hotel with small rooms but it’s in the city so I guess that’s normal.
Pros:

Close proximity to restaurants and transport. Very clean, amazing staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room is too small. Buffet breakfast was too repetitive with the same food served each day.

Honestamente, ni iba dejar un comentario negativo. Puedo entender que no tenían una habitación mejor durante nuestra estancia pero dos detalles importantes que me han hecho cambiar de opción. Hormigas en todas partes. Nos han dejado unos dulces de bienvenida y en el plato habían hormigas . Pero aquí no acaba, al despedirse de nosotros nos han dado a todos una bolsa con agua y galletas lo cual me pareció un detalle muy bonito si no fuera por … hormigas!!! La bolsa estaba llena de hormigas, dentro y fuera del paquete de galletas. Me preguntó, cómo pueden ser tan descuidados con este tema, o las hormigas eran parte del obsequio ?🤦🏼‍♀️
En cuanto al horario del cierre de desayuno te echan rápido porque saben que se acabó tal vez deberían prestar más atención a la calidad de sus “bio” productos y decir “hormigas” friendly. Será parte de la experiencia ?

Brilliant hotel in the heart of Rome

The amazing hotel. Very polite staff, fully professional, always trying to help and bringing added value to each and every need. Truly perfect service, starting from transfer and finishing with a small gift during checking out.
Breakfast with a live music is something special.
The personnel is brilliant, the hotel location is also very convenient. One of the best hotels in Rome, will return without a doubt. The hotel deserves every star it has.
