The staff at reception was great
Pros:

The staff at reception was great. 4 fantastic, beautiful and helpful girls. Room is large with spacious bathroom. Free coffee and water. Comfortable big soft pillows

Pros:

The hotel is spotless. It is within walking distance to the lake and all downhill The breakfast is basic although the omelettes and the bread is superb. It’s a new hotel but I would recommend it and Da Lat is a wonderful place to visit

Great stay!
Pros:

Great helpful staff! Clean rooms good breakfast away from the tourist zone. Only problem was they resurfaced the road whilst we were there no easy way to walk as you are Primarily in the middle of the road. But I’d imagine at the rate they had been pouring concrete it’ll be done by now!

Overall ok!
Pros:

Very nice staff. Very clean. Confortable. Brand new. No A/C. No safety box. Bad location. Breakfast is ok, buffet was cold. Pool was broken. Good depending on what you’re looking for.
